Here is the message i received this morning by mail. I am using Zoho and LEad Forensics (with the module to import Leads directly from Lead Forensics. 1. When i go the my page 'API Usage Statistics' all the indicators are showing that the limit per day is 1000. Where does this 250 limit comes from. 2. Zoho CRM and Office 365
I'm having a problem getting office365 integration fully working. I have followed the instructions located here: https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/office365/ and have the ability to invite users. However, there is no calendar sync integration active (following these instructions: https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/office365/#Office365_Calendar). There is no "Microsoft" under Extension & APIs in the menu. Is this integration limited to certain levels of services? This link says it's available at all levels

However, when the lead is converted to a Potential, there is no way to access that info. I would like to know the best way to handle this data: 1. Sales Signals time zones
I like the new sales signals it does however look like the time stamp for client actions is off by 5 hours. Sent an email today at 4:18PM CST and the client immediately opened, the time stamp on the Sales Signal is 9:18 PM. Keep up the good work guys. Love your stuff.

Hi Guys - we are moving from Pipedrive to Zoho CRM. In Pipedrive, in their organization module (account module in Zoho CRM) there is data for number of won deals and corresponding total amount. you all may have answered this but I did not understand the conversation. I want to click the telephone number in a contact phone field and have either X-Lite or RingCentral soft phone dial it instead of skype as it stands right now. How to determine the end of pagination?
Hi, I'm wondering how to judge the end of pagination. I learnt from Zoho CRM API that we can iterate to fetch all data in a table like: Iteration 1: fromIndex=1&toIndex=200 Iteration 2: fromIndex=201&toIndex=400 ..... However, how do I determine which iteration do I get the last page? Until I get an error code? Is there any better way to check it? Thanks.

Problem with Assignment
Hi, Kindly help me to solve this problem. 1. I am using Zoho CRM free edition. 2. I have one user 'A' who is Sales Executive to collect lead from market. He is assigned standard profile. 3. I have another user 'B' who is a Tele-caller to make calls to these leads. He is also assigned standard profile. 4. I have setup a workflow rule to assign all the leads created by user A to be assigned to user B 5. But my problem is user B can't see these leads. Kindly help.
Trouble with Sent Emails Not Being Received
I am sending emails to prospects (leads) that never arrive. Causes me to have to resend sometimes multiple times. This is NOT professional....makes me look bad.... What's up with this?? Vince

Link attachments not visible in API
Hello, I'm trying to get Lead's attachments of type "Link" through API but it returns only attachments that were uploaded as files to Zoho. Attachments added as "Link (URL)" type are not there. New interface- where is the recently viewed contacts?
On the classic view (which I can n o longer seem to access) there was an icon similar to a timer, on the left which showed my ten most recently viewed contacts. Custom Fields from Accounts module are not visible in deluge scripting using getRecordById
I have added several custom fields to the Accounts module. One of these fields is a single line field called "Address Coord". I want to create a simple Custom Function to retrieve this value. The new custom field is not returned to my Deluge script using "getRecordById" or "searchRecordsByPDC". All field permissions appear to be correct, I am on the Enterprise edition of CRM. How to track PPC campaigns that are not Google
How can I automatically add leads to a campaign if the referrer is one of my PPC campaigns? I know how to track it by using the hidden fields on a landing page specific to the campaign name, but as we know, visitors, don't always convert on the landing page you send them to. I want to attribute all lead forms that are completed by a visitor with the PPC Campaign as a referrer from any page on our website. I don't want to have to create a bunch of different PPC forms with multiple landing pages
Turn a custom module in to a related list
I have created a custom module, and I'd like to see it as a related list on my Accounts page. When I try and add a related list to the Accounts page (By choosing "Select Unrelated Lists", it tells me that "You have already added all your related lists for this module." So I'm guessing my custom module isn't actually a related list... yet. Any assistance on how I can link my custom module to my account records would be greatly appreciated.
URL links not showing as links on mobile devices
I keep most of my notes in Evernote and link to them from within Contacts or Accounts in Zoho CRM. On the web, these links work as they should, but on the mobile apps, the links just appear as text and thus do not allow me to click and jump to the relevant notes. This is a huge problem for me as I am now hoping to rely on the mobile apps when in the field, but without the ability to use the links, the usability of the mobile apps is greatly diminished. Does anyone know if Zoho is aware of this issue

It appears that Reports that I have created on the web client are not available from within the mobile apps. First, is this true, and second, does anyone know if they will be made available in an upcoming release? Would sure be helpful! Thanks David

Open Events Activity View shows "Contact"
In the Open Events Activity view, there is a field for "Contacts", but it always shows blank. I want it to show a designated contact for an account, but can't even seem to choose a Contact in the Add Event or edit Event dialogue boxes. Any suggestions? Also, is there a way to filter the views in the Activity tab, or can that only be done via Reports? Thanks
Populate a field based on the lookup on another field from a different module - help needed
Hello, We have renamed our Potentials field to "Contracts" to reflect our business model. On that module, I have set up a lookup field in "Contracts" to lookup a Product Price from the "Products" module. That is working fine. However, we have a need to then automatically populate the field next to it with the actual price of the product once the Product is selected. Ring Central Integration - Beginning of a Solution?
I know there is another post trying to convince Zoho to integrate with RingCentral. (Please, Zoho...please...) In the mean time, can someone use the following information to create a temporary fix? I'm a complete Zoho noob and don't know how. In the RingCentral softphone, you can access external applications and urls. Specifically, under Options-Calls-"Launch another application or URL" you can tell RingCentral to call Zoho. Not all the leads I synced from CRM to Campaigns appeared in my campaign
Hi, I synced about 6,000 leads from CRM but when the sync was completed only about 5,000 leads appeared in the contact list in Campaigns. What could be happening?
