Two way access Zoho CRM with our clients
We have been using Zoho CRM for some time and very happy with it. Sadly we have to ask our clients via email for personal data like date of birth, national insurance number, tax reference code etc. It would be great to see if users can access some of the fields so that they can populate the information for us. Is that possible?
Sales rep weekly performance number?
Hi I am hoping to make a weekly "performance number" for each sales rep, where their various activities would be worth points and then the total of all of their points for the week is displayed. For example, maybe calls completed are worth 2 points, events scheduled are worth 5, and potentials closed won are worth 20. Problem with the Zoho sheet view when contacts are filtered
Hi, I've got an issue. I filtered my contacts by the account name for example I only want to see contacts form "company A" then I want to export it with the Zoho sheet view. The problem is when i click in the sheet view my contacts are not filtered anymore so I have also contacts from "company B" "company C" etc... Is it a problem from our side or yours? Could it be solve because we really want to use this feature in the future.
Parent Account Details Page vs Member Account Details Page
Is there an easy way to have an account details page for Parent accounts and a separate account details page (with some fields added and some hidden) for Member account attached to parent accounts. Our Member account info would be about 1/2 that of the parent account details page. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Dear Sirs, I am new in Zoho and I am trying to move all of my business activities from outlook and excel to the zoho crm and mail suit. I was wondering if i could attach a file that i have created in zoho docs (such as a sheet file where i can calculate an offer to a client) and then save this directly to the lead or the potential that i have created in the crm. Manual sort order of Activities
I like to review my Activities for the day and then decide how to tackle them. Thus, would like to be able to manually sort the order they show (ie drag and drop). Is this possible? If not, does anyone have any suggestions for how to approximate what I am looking for? Seems like this would be a general need users have. Thanks

Search Feature No Longer Working
The search feature is no longer working. I type in a name or company and it's not bringing anything up at all - even though I know the lead/contact/potential is there! Please help.
Saving new Potentials
I cannot save new potentials in either the old or new versions today. I get a "loading" screen once I try to save in the old version that never moves on. In the new version, it just will not move past the save screen on the new potential.

Sorting Issues
We have a new user on our ZOHO and when they click the A-Z tab it takes them to the A page - but this page is then out of order - as its the B page etc. How can we sort the accounts to be in alphabetic order. We have looked everywhere.

HI, we use accounts as the "customer buying organization" . Often it can be that a customer (or account) is not interested today , but become interested in a year or two after they have matured . In meantime Accounts paige looks cluttered with inactive customers ... . Hello, I need to synchronize my Google contacts with Zoho but I can't find a way. How can I view all the latest leads that my team have been working on?
I can view modified leads but lead that were added a note won't appear in the result and I need to see what my team did today all the activities.

I have a paid account with Zoho. I have been uploading on average 200 rows a day for months. I always use a .CSV file, I delete all empty cells and yesterday I emptied the recycling bin. When I import records the opportunities doesn´t have contacts associated
We are migrating from other CRM more than 20,000 opportunities with contacts associated in our legacy system. But when we are trying to create a link between contacts and opportunities (we have the link in the CSV file) the field contact ID in zoho is null.
Pixel for Affiliates
I would like to set a postback pixel (via google tag manager or another way) to fire after I update the status in the CRM. the flow will be like that: The client arrives to the site, after he was reffered by an affiliate. the client leaves his details, the zoho CRM gets the details. After the call center talks to the client and make the sale. the crm status change to a sale, and the affiliate who brought the traffic gets a pixel notification for the sale. how can I do that? any one knows a developer

My "unknown" column has disappeared! There is just a blank space where it used to be.

Work around for 30 minute increment limitation in task remiders
Why are we not able to set reminders in increments other than half hour? If I need to return a call at 10:45 what are my options? Isn't this a major flaw in the software? I am hoping that I am just missing how to do it correctly. Any help? Thanks!
CRM PLUS Causing big problem
So We decided to upgrade to crm plus which we think it was great to follow up everything across the business but now out technicians can't access zoho support , like they don't even exist anymore , does this mean i need to pay extra $60 per technicians just for them to use zoho support ? No way We are paying $60 per tech.
Timezones for lastModifiedTime field in getRecords API
Hi, Was wondering if anyone knew the timezones requirement for the lastModifiedTime field for the getRecord API call. I'm attempting to grab all records created/modified the past hour by passing in a time in now - 1 hour in UTC but the results aren't as expected. Is there a specified timezone that Zoho works in? Or is this account specific?
"Time based action" workaround
I want to create a Workflow Rule that emails a user when a potential's closing date has passed, asking them to update the potential (or close it if they forgot). Unfortunately time-based actions are only available in Enterprise edition. Anyone know of a workaround for this, for users of other editions? We're on the Professional edition and it doesn't make sense for us to ~double our rate for this one feature. Thanks.
Want to autofill a field on creation
I use web to lead forms and I'm trying to autofill a field which we dont actually capture on the original form. From my lead form we map Lead name. I want to autofill the Greeting field with the Lead name as well. Is this possible? I've created a workflow which is attached. I was hoping I could just put in a merge tag and it would work. Your help is much appreciated.

RingCentral Zoho integration problem with Softphone
Anyone get RingCentral Zoho integration to work with the Soft Phone Desktop for Mac? When I click on the call button in Zoho it rings my hard polycom desk phone, which is great when I'm in the office. When I'm home I try to use the softphone for the same integration, but I can't get the soft phone to ring. I turned off the desk phone entirely on the back end, and just have the softphone on. I still can't get Zoho to ring the softphone via the integration. Anyone get this to work?

Sales Process Simplification.
Hi All, We as a business are new to Zoho CRM Plus. Our sales process is a very simplistic one, whereby our opportunities are won / lost on the first interaction with the Potential. As a result we do not want to go through the Leads > Contacts / Accounts > Opportunities process. Rather we would like to simply capture the opportunity data in a "Sales" Module, and upon updating a status have this data passed to another module that we use to manage the ongoing day to day interaction with the client.

Can't send emails to contacts in a list view. Only works when I send individually.
