Stay In Touch Feature - Just Like Salesforce
I was wondering if Zoho CRM has the similar feature like in salesforce where I can send a Stay In Touch request and my contacts can update the information. Once the information is updated, I get the ability to accept whether to accept modification or not (or partial acceptance). Please advice what is the possibility of achieving same objective in Zoho CRM.

Question about sending the Contact Owner a notification when a case is opened
Noobie here. So I'm setting up a workflow automation notification action. What I'd like to happen is when a Case is opened and a custom field is checked an email is sent to the Contact Owner. When I set up my email template and then eventually select Contact Owner as a email recipient no email is generated. Delete attachment from attached email
Sometime you accidentally attach an email to a contact that contains large attachments that you didn't want to save. There should be an easy way to detach or delete an attachment without deleting the overall attached email. Should be a simple feature to add. Today you have to delete the attached email. Go back to your email and use the "Search and Add Email" function in the Outlook plug-in to find the contact again and remember to uncheck "Add Attachments". Too many steps.
Task Notes
I am a fairly new user of Zoho CRM. In my business client tasks are very important. I have created one off and recurring tasks for my clients and each client has more than one task. Server issues
I have been kicked out of Zoho while creating a note on lead that I am currently working and while also trying to send an email not only today but yesterday also. Is there any server issues that I should be made aware of? This has happened both days around the same time. Yesterday I waited about 15 minutes and it came back to functioning properly. Import doesn't copy Phone Numbers
I've tried importing so many times and the phone numbers don't copy over. It's very frustrating. What can I do?
"Closed Activites"
I have a customer account that has over 90,000 records of "Closed Activities" they all need to be removed/deleted, (Don't ask how, I am the guy just fixing the issue!) my question or seeking conformation is, if I just delete this "Customer account" would this remove all 90,000 Closed Activity records? Then simply re-add his account information. I do not see anyway to "Bulk" delete them

Look-up Field - Mail Merge
Hello , I have created a custom module in the crm to create a database for physicians I work with. I did this to replace having to enter the physicians demographics every time a new patient (account) is created. Now i am able to save alot of time by just looking up the physician. However my mail-merge documents pulled information from the many custom fields I had for the physician which have been replaced with the look-up field linking to the physician module. Why is the invitation asking the client to close the the CRM account?
I have opened up an account for my client, and I tried to invite her into the Zoho CRM to use her own logins, and as the company, we would have the main logins so that we can make sure leads are going in, etc. It seems though, that when I send her the Zoho CRM invitation, it asks her to delete her CRM account, and then click on join the account. Why would it ask her to first delete it and then join? It doesn't make sense. Please help me
How can I add a user to the free version if I cannot add a role
I am trying to add a second user to the free version and it asks for a role. According to the FAQ, that should show up in Users & Permissions but it does not. In addition, I cannot even use a set role (CEO) as they do not show up and I cannot type into the Role field.

Mail merge issues
We have 2 merge documents that we use in MS Word for potentials. They work perfect for any potential that was created before today, but the potential we created today just leaves all the merge fields blank. Any reason for this?

Custom functions email commands not working all of sudden
We have been using custom functions to send email alerts to our admin and our customers. As of May 23, this has stopped working and we are getting errors on our custom functions failures tab saying: error in executing send mail task. Please help as soon as you can as this is how we retrieve quote requests from our leads. This is very urgent and very upsetting!
ZOHO CRM Reports Displaying Incorrect Data
We have tried various ways to view and export reports, but have run into issues with them displaying inaccurate data. We basically only use sales orders and product line items, then export that information. PO generation is broken

Company vs Account in Lead Record
We do not want to use the Company field in the Lead record because it can result in duplicate Account records once the Lead is converted. We would prefer to add the Account record first and then add a Lead record under that Account. The standard Add Lead screen does not have an Account field, so I added a lookup to the Account record. change value field type value
Can I change the field type value of a custom created field? For example, I created a picklist and now i realize that I should have done it as a multi-picklist. Is there a way to simply change the type or do I have to create a new custom field? If I have to create a new field can I (1) copy the values I have already added (do i have to retype each one) and (2) does the deleted custom field count against my 150 ?
