Lead Autoresponder Not Sending all Emails
The autoresponder that I have set up is sending the first two emails, but not the last one in the screenshot below. Many of our leads are not getting the 4th email, even after we wait the full amount of time. Calls notifications not appearing
Just recently integrated elastix pbx to our Zoho CRM account and last week we were getting calls notifications. Calls pop up appears at the lower right side of the screen. But now there are no notifications at all. We don't know how to resolve this and we cannot find any documentation for this matter in the internet. Please help us resolve this.

Hi, I have a database with ~2000 customers, each with a potential sales value. I can easily make a report that lists them by country / region / whatever, and make subtotals. What I want to do is only show the subtotals, ie potential by Europe, Asia etc. I tried "hide details" but this still shows all lines. What I want is a collapse function like excel subtotals. Does this exist?

Hi, I have setup a web form so that enquiries from our website go directly in to the system. I also get a system generated email with a listing of the data that has been entered. Is there any way to change it so that the system generated email has the lead's email address as the reply-to address so when we receive the email we can just hit reply to reply to the lead. Thanks.
Reports do not export to PDF properly
It seems that many of the reports (specifically the one I am trying is Pipeline by Stage) do not export to a usable PDF format and I'm forced to export to excel and manually manipulate each time. 1) Page margins are not set up, so that the text runs all the way to the side of the paper. 2) Cannot select page size 3) Columns are evenly spaces rather than distributed to match the width of the data. example :column for number of sales days (3 digits max) is the same width as the column for description
Formula Fields - auto recalculate new formula in historic records?
I have set up a new formula field in a module. If I open an individual record and then click save the formula is calculated. But I have 600 old records that I would like to update. Is there any way I can update them all en masse - i.e. trigger the calculation in the formula field without editing each record individually?

Custom Fields in Professional and Enterprise Editions
I'm still in my trial period so I've been switching between the Professional and Enterprise versions to see which one best fits my company's needs. In one of my modules, I exceeded the limit for custom fields in the professional version while I was working with Enterprise, but when I switched back, they all stayed in their places. Does this mean that if I were to go with the Professional CRM, anything custom functions that I enabled while I was using Enterprise will stay even if they are incompatible

Quotes Total amount is not calculated when Quote is created with API
Hi ZOHO crm users, I have inserted some Quotes using the ZOHO CRM API. All is OK, products are added, but we have an issue with the Total price in the Quote : by default, the total is set to . When I update manually the quote, by example by selecting a Quantity on a product, the total amount of the Quote is automatically calculated, and it is ok. BUT, I have about 4000 Quotes, I will not edit all of them one by one. Any solution to make the Quotes Total amount automatically calculated ? Regards,

Hi, I'd like to know if it's possible, either in Zoho CRM or Zoho Invoice, to custom some sliding scale tariff for a monthly billing process. We've investigate how to set it : - first on a single account, based on its yearly consumption, - then for a groupe of customer, based on the # of subscribers. CRM credit card problems
I lost a debit card and had to get a new one recently. My sites, docs, mail, etc is paid for the year. However, I am unable to change my credit card details for Zoho CRM and I keep keep getting emails saying that payment failed. I can't figure out where to update the payment information just for CRM. Does anyone here know what I should do to change it?

I have a large network that I e-blast to that I simply cannot accomplish utilizing the mass email feature in the CRM. I have to resort to constant contact - which defeats the entire purpose of the CRM mass emailing. Zoho seriously needs to increase this limit significantly or we will be forced to look for a new CRM.

Hi, my leads and accounts which have accounts with outlook do not receive via crm. Although email and yahoo accounts are accepting email. CRM shows that mails have been sent but actually these are not delivered to the account holders. How can I sort out this problem. Please help.

I have outlook connectivity with Zoho CRM. Now when ever I send email to my leads/contacts, then the clients who use outlook at the other end, do not receive my emails. Gmail or yahoo clients are receiving emails as usual. Although CRM shows that email has been sent. Is it happens because I have free version or anything else?

Hi there, in the case of a single Contact having multiple Potentials associated to it, once you go to the Potentials records each of them show the exact same emails on the 'Email Related list'; all ordered by date Is there a way or something in the pipeline that would allow only emails related to that particular potential to show & not others?
Record insert in account module suddenly stopped working
hence the ZOHO response for past 3 days and doesn't fix it yet.. at first the record was inserting good, but update was not working hence i have contacted support to check and help us for the update process, but when they started they support process the record itself is stopped inserting and they as me to check with my code which was already working that too with silly solutions like - use " instead of ' and more solutions kinda the same i don't know whom to communicate regarding this issue Ticket

Im trying to setup the tracking conversion from AdWords to Zoho. The problem is just in webform, because Zoho Documentation says "add the following line code into you webform" "<input type='hidden' id="zc_gad" name="zc_gad" value=""/>" Ok, this is the problem. Bug in Leads Mass Update Dialog
I am only using the Leads module in Zoho CRM. I often use the "Mass Update" dialog under the "More Actions" button to update values for specific records. In the past, when I would update the value of a field with a dropdown list, the values would be presented in the order created in the Setup. Recently, this changed and now the dropdown list of values is presented Alpha sorted. This I believe is a bug, as the dropdown list should be presented in the order created in Setup for the field.
