Zoho CRM - Adding Related List to Potentials Using Custom Function
I have created a Related List for the Potentials module using a Custom Function. The Custom Function uses a "getUrl" call to Zoho Creator (outside of CRM) to retrieve XML formated data. The Custom Function then uses "executePath" to parse the Zoho Creator response XML, and it generates the new XML for Zoho CRM to use as the Related List data, i.e.: <record> <row no="1"> <FL val="column header 1"> parsed data from Creator </FL> <FL val="column header 2"> parsed data from Creator
Massive deleting
How can I delete massively and quickly all the accounts from my CRM? I've imported 800 accounts but it was a mistake and I would like to recover a clean database.
Adding new users.
I am trying to setup and test the free version of Zoho CRM (that says it comes with 10 users). I created 2 additional users and they did not get emails so they can create an account. I don't see where I can give / reset passwords. Super confused here.

Synchronise Zoho CRM tasks and calendar with Mac
Hi I have been using another CRM package that allows me to subscribe to its calendar via a URL. When I create a task or event in the CRM my calendar on the Mac picks it up and shows as a normal appointment (it also provides a link to the CRM task). Can I do the same in Zoho? I'd like my mac to show scheduled tasks and events. Even better, is there 2 way syncing for mac and Zoho CRM? Thanks

Update to Quotes and Invoices module, only the Account Look up populates the billing address data now.
Dear Zoho Support, We just notice this morning that if we go to the Quotes or Invoice module and click add new, then do a contact lookup the account lookup field is prepopulated with the correct account but the Account billing address does not populate. However, If I lookup the account first then the billing address is prepopulated, we have to then select the correct contact. But at least the billing address gets field out. leads mass converted but not available as account/contacts
Hello Zoho Team I have just mass converted 3 leads but they are not available as Accounts/Contacts. If I launch a search by name they still appear as leads but when I try to access to each lead a warning message says "Sorry, you cannot access the lead". In the end I don't have in my db any more these 3 names. How can I recover these names? Any suggestion? grazie

Quote Template editing problems
We are in the process of updating our quote templates. One of our web developers has exported the quote HTML and edited it outside of Zoho. When we copy and paste the HTML code back into Zoho, it displays perfectly. When we come to print the quote, either it doesn't show the fields required, or doesn't print the results- ie we need to show Total Tax and Discounts. Quote has a line for discounts but no figure next to it, and there is no line present for Tax at all. What are we doing wrong?

Events - Sort by Date of Event, Not Creation Date
I want my calendar events to be sorted by the date that the event will take place. I know that if I click "from" it will sort it, but I do not want to have to do this every time I'm on my home screen looking at my calendar events. I've been told that it is sorting it automatically by the date that the event was created. Is there any way to keep them sorted by the date the event is to take place?

Adding fields from custom module into template
How do I add a field or fields from a Custom Module into an email or letter template? When I create a template the custom module does not show up, but if I set a workflow automation up, I can choose fields and data from any custom module. Is this an oversight from the development team? It seems crazy that you would allow us to create custom modules but don't let us do something simple like create a letter template from them. Is this being worked on? did I miss something? or can it be done? thanks.

Hi guys, Does anyone know how I can pull off data to show the job titles of my customers who bought products from me? A Report or View that lists the following data would be ideal: - Potential Name - Title - Amount - Stage - 'Closed Won' It should be fairly simple but I can't seem to find 'Title' under any of the drop-down as it seems to be referring to the fields held under 'Potentials' only and doesn't cross reference to 'Contacts' or 'Leads'. Currently we have a lead page embedded on our website that is linked to our current autoresponder service. (not Zoho) When someone fills capture box their info gets dumped into current autoresponder service. We are in the stages of migrating everything to Zoho but in stages.
