How can I capture the URL a Zoho CRM Web Form is submitted from? I use the same form on multiple pages and need to know from which page the form was completed on. How can I add this to the source code embedded on my website?
CRM Plus Issues
I have a number of issues after upgrading to CRM Plus and still discovered more over the last 48 hours and not seeing anyone on live chat over this period (maybe they blocked me?) and no response to two issues reported 48 hours ago as well, not even an acknowledgement. Put these together with two issues identified prior to upgrade and Zoho confirming it is an issue at their end but two months and no fix. This really concerns us right now, and when I posted to messaged to twitter @zohocares no response.

MS Word issue

Email automation for case fields
We use the Case module in CRM as work order tickets. We have set various auto generated emails triggers to both users, and contacts or account names. as a user, I was getting the notices until about 2 weeks ago, and then they suddenly stopped. There are 5 or 6 automation rules I am on as the administrator, and I don't get ANY of them but everyone else seems to be working fine. My email is still correct in user profile settings, and I checked my spam and junk email folders on our outlook exchange
Zoho CRM API - Insert/get Product record
Is there a insert/get record method available for product record. I could not see anything in the API guide. We need this as our customer wants to create a new product via their website and then be able to create a sale for the new product to a CRM account. I am guessing to do this we will need to insert a product record then get the product id generated for that record to link to a sales order - is this correct? Thanks in advance Penny

Sharing Module Information
Is there a way when building a view, say in "Contacts", to use fields from say "Accounts"? So, let's say I want to simply include the "Account Type" in the "Accounts Module" in the "Contacts View".
Features that need to be included
The list of All activities, under the activities tab should include account name. also PLEASE include reminders in the view and any other related lists. I do not use due dates at all, for me reminders are really important i need to be able to see when i will need to call it in advance.
Export events to Google Calendar not working
Hi, The ability to export events to Google Calendars stopped working on Thursday. It was working fine but now when I try to export anything, the screen just goes grey and nothing happens. Has there been a change to either Google Calendars or the Zoho Export functionality? Thank you

I am setting up an email template and would like to have our company logo included. I upload the logo and put it in position but when I send the email the logo increases in size. Can you please tell me what I am doing wrong?
Appointment- colour code
This is a real world problem for many companies. We track several employees appointments and this is done by one person so one account. The calendar layout is not great but if we could just colour code appointments to make it easier to see and then what about printing out the diary. I know in the IT world everybody is connected but so many of use still use old technology- paper.

Under Users & Permissions > Data Sharing Settings, I set the data sharing settings to Private. 1) I guess this means that every sales rep can only see and report on the data (leads, accounts, potentials etc.) that belong to them. Auto-Set Quote Stage when Converted to Sales Order / Invoice
Anyone know if it's possible to automatically set the stage of a quote when you convert it? I know when you convert it, the convert buttons disappears so you know it has been converted but it would be nice to set the stage to "Converted" or similar so you can easily glance through a list. Hello, One of my workflow in Zoho CRM create a task (module Activities) as a follow up. I want a second workflow in Zoho CRM to, after a date trigger, be executed only if the task created in my first workflow is not "completed". Dear Team, I have 2 specific queries : (1) I want Contacts that are related to Vendor Records to be visible to Selected Profiles. Problem creating Lead/Potential/Account record using insertRecords api
Hello. I am having a problem implementing the insertRecords api on my website. I am using the AJAX method to Post the request, but I am getting a code 4835 error message when typing the url in my browser. Hi there, Can anyone help please? I am trying to customize the Fields - in particular in Leads. Only very few fields have the 'edit' option. I am looking to change the address details and insert an additional line, change 'province' and make it more like a UK address format. Why is there not an 'edit' option for this field? Thanks so much
Creating a list or report with Unique email address
Hello! we recently sent out a " Happy New Year Email" using mail chimp- which had email address from zoho.. According to Mail Chimp, Out of about 1500 email address-250 of them bounced. Each email address is unique. Is there a way to pull a list of all these 250 and mass update them? they dont have a common feature.
2 meg limit on Word templates
I have a number of templates that are pushing just over the 2 meg limit for Word templates. They allow me to upload, but sometimes the merge misses some fields. Is the 2 meg limit causing the merge issues? Lanny Brown
Multiselect Pick List
Scenario: My company offers different services to our clients. Often times, a client will hire us for more than 1 service. I have created a "Services Proposed" mutliselect pick list field in my Potentials module so I can track what services we are proposing for each potential client. When I try to select more than 1 service in that pick list, I am unable to do so. The field only highlights 1 service. How do I select more than 1 service in the multiselect pick list? It's not really "multiselect"
