Zoho CRM brings to you a bunch of updates in several areas including workflow automation, Google AdWords integration, module customization, Social CRM and webform integration. Read on to know what they are. Configure workflow alert on event cancellation. You can now configure workflow alerts on the cancellation of an event. Say when an event is canceled you want a notification to be sent to the contact or lead related to the event. You can now set a workflow rule for the same by choosing "Cancel"
Leads duplicates
Hello, I'm really new in CRMs and there is no-one else to ask in our startup. So here I go with my question after I explain our process. - Leads are generated every time a user completes our online form asking for more information about our products. They complete their name, email and phone number. - If the same user asks for more info about Product 1, product 2, product 3...I want to see him as ONE lead, not as 3. - May I set the e-mail adress as a primary key? Missing product details on info "i" popup
When I add a line item to a purchase order or quote, the "Select Product" dropdown - the "info" icon doesn't bring up some of the product information. A screenshot on the manual (https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/quotes/create-quotes.html) indicates that the info popup contains Vendor, Product Category, Qty, and importantly description. Hi there. I've accidentally deleted my Leads Module. There was nothing in it so no data is lost. I want to restore it or recreate it. I'd happily start with a completely fresh database since I haven't started using CRM live yet. Any advice welcome.

Can no longer send emails to my zoho mail account using custom functions
I used to be able to configure my custom function to send custom email alerts to my zoho mail account. I know that before, I could not send an email to zoho.adminuserid if the email was from zoho.adminuserid, but until around December 24, I used to be able to send emails to zoho.adminuserid from zoho.loginuserid. It seems the folks at Zoho have changed things around. I have bypassed this issue by having the email alerts sent to my gmail account and then forwarding them back to my Zoho account,
Checkbox in Potential able to send an e-mail?
Hi....is there ANY way to do this simple thing: Have a checkbox in a Potential that, when checked, sends an e-mail? We want to create a Potential by hand, and then once we find out the needs of our customer, send them an e-mail with questions that they need to fill out. How do I upload excel files without duplicate records being created?
Hi, Every time I try and upload an excel file with updated info on potential clients it creates a duplicate record for the potential client rather than automatically adding the new info to the existing record. This is a real hassle because it means that I either have to update each record manually or upload the excel file and merge the duplicate records that have been created. Is there a way around this? we have 2 separate offices.. one as the head office and one as a form of franchise. Consequently 2 separate CRM systems are running similar data. Ringcentral Calls Not Going out from CRM
Incoming calls come in fine from ringcentral to zohocrm, however when I press the green call button next to the phone number, it says "Calling...", but the softphone isn't calling. I've enabled pop-ups so I don't think that's an issue..
Missing contacts
I need urgent help. Last thursday, more than 1000 opportunities was missing. We can see them in the view, but there are no in the CRM, we can´t access to that. Filing into Contact History from inbox - please help!
Has anyone else experienced the change in Zoho when deleting emails from the inbox? They deny the change and cannot tell me how to resolve the problem. Up until they told us to change pop server settings, when we deleted an email from the inbox, it filed automatically in the contact history. It no longer does that. THEIR answer is to leave ALL emails in the inbox, which is stupid and a recipe for missing important ones. HOW do I now clear my inbox while ensuring emails get filed in contact history?
Push CRM Data to Creator
I have customers and prospects in Zoho CRM. I have a Zoho Creator app for sales and servicing in my business - when taking an order, I want to retrieve the customer info from CRM. Natural progression in campaigns within the Zoho CRM
We are using the campaigns within the CRM but i cannot understand the workflow. If my agents dials the top lead showing in the list of leads within the campaign what is supposed to happen next? This is more relevant when the lead status changes to contacted or call back (or something else) or the member status changes. There seems to be no natural progression or workflow regarding dialling the next lead. once you go passed the 10th lead there is no consistent feed of leads, can you assist? Maybe

Has anyone out there successfully integrated any other on-premise PBX systems with ZOHO CRM? We use an IWATSU system that our phone engineers have successfully integrated with other CRM's, but the ZOHO support staff has so far been unable to provide much support for this. Our engineers simply need some answers about the languages used between the systems, and they're confident they could integrate the systems. Thanks in advance for any assistance or advice!

Please verify whether you have entered proper method name,parameter and parameter values. downloadFile + uploadFile wont work too (as I can download only 15 files in 5 minutes )

e-mails not in contact list being converted to leads
A while ago I set this option: -Have Zoho monitor my IMAP account...if I send an e-mail to someone who is not in our Zoho contact list, then create a lead automatically for therm. I desire to turn this feature off, but I can;t fine where I enabled it....any ideas? Thanks!
Data import: accounts and contacts are being overwritten, not skipped
Hello, I need urgent help - in the past I have successfully imported a CSV file, whether contacts or accounts, and any duplicate email addresses have been skipped. Today both types of import are overwriting existing records, not skipping them. At time of import there is no option for me to check saying "skip duplicates". Please help me get this sorted?
