Round Robin Lead assignment
I am looking for someone that can help me figure out how to weight the leads. problem with the email quick actions
The limit for sending email by quick actions on the CRM is for all the users per organization? I have eight users; sometimes I can send e'mails by quick actions, sometimes not, also sometimes when I attached pictures, the destinatary don't receive it and also it doesn't appear on the customer card on the CRM, sometimes the action is cancelled for time out. I am using quick actions because it's registered on the audit log and the boss of the company is the form that he control the actions on the
PROBLEM WITH THE FORECAST
I HAVE THREE COMPANIES ON CRM, AND THE FORECAST FOR OCTOBER HAS A PROBLEM. THE ACHIEVE QUANTITY DON'T TOTALIZE; WHEN WE SEE EACH SALES PERSON, IT'S DIFFERENT. I have a question before i continue work with zoho. Is it possible to expprt data from zoho. There is many answers how i can import but no info about export. Cause during trial i see that function is very limited. There is limit for amount and quality is awful, everything goes in csv and each acount goes in one cell what makes this file meaningless. I need this function to creat a list for mailing campaigns in service provider i work and am very satisfied with personalised service.
Price Book Volume Discounts not getting applied
Has anyone been able to successfully setup volume discounts based on the Flat rate and have Zoho apply this automatically to a quote? I setup a Price Book/Discount with various % discounts for different volumes of quantity. I assoicated this with a Product, and then created a quote for that product. Zoho copies over my discount table in the quote but does not automatically figure out the % discount to apploy based on the volume. Is this what it should do? Why can it not automatically apply the
Why won't my Booking Details show in my Email Templates?
Hi I'm putting together a confirmation email template which tells my customer exactly what they've ordered it and when it will be delivered etc... However, I am struggling to get the template to pull certain information when going through the automations. The contact first-name code - ${Lookup:Contact Name.First Name} - is putting in their whole name instead of just their first, and we cant figure out why. Any help would be greatly appreciated Dale

I have a financial planning firm that works BOTH business-to-business and business-to-consumer. For instance, we help businesses establish pension plans, key person insurance arrangements and the like. We also work with individuals with their retirement plans, investments, etc. Within Zoho, I am under the impression that the system can be structured as Either BTB or BTC. Imports - what does this mean?
Do I need to have every field represented in the csv? Where does it allow you to sync up the fields from csv to the fields created in a lead file? Still playing around with the trial format and need to talk to someone at the company but hoping to schedule that for later.
Viewing on Texas Leads
I have 7000 leads in my database. I want to view only the leads that have the State listed as Texas. I can sort them, but then I have to scroll down to them. How can I refine my list to show only my Texas leads?

cannot edit fields
We've taken out a trial of Zoho CRM. I've used Zoho CRM before and on the other site I could always goto Setup/fields and I'd have an edit button beside each field. But with the new site I don't. I thought it would be a permissions issue, but I'm logged in as super administrator, and I can find no permission that changes this. How can I tell if the people I have invited to a meeting have accepted or not?
When i open the calendar item that I have created in Zoho, I can't see a list of the people I have invited, nor and indication of whether they have accepted or not. 1.) Is there somewhere else that I can see this? 2.) I have this 2 way synced with Google Apps and despite one of the participants having accepted the invitation, it is not showing up there. changes in pick list don't display in the web form
Hello Zoho Team, I modified some values in a pick-list field of the "case" module which is connected to a webform embedded in my website. Then the webform doesn't recognize the new values and still displays the old ones. Facebook doesn't connect to my Contacts
I can't correctly connect any of my Facebook to my Contacts. I am logged in and ZOHO has rights. When you hit the Facebook icon... it will bring up people but not the correct one. I am using the "free" version of ZOHO and will think about upgrading but want this to work.

How to remove "Mr" in a mass update
I have hundreds, if not thousands of "Mr"s before a name in the Lead Name column, which ruins the alphabetical ordering and I can't tell if they're duplicates or not. Is there a way off mass removing this from each name? Thanks!

Can a new Google Apps account work with an existing Zoho CRM?
Zoho tells me that in order to get Zoho CRM to work with Google Apps I will have to activate Zoho CRM from within Google Apps Marketplace. But what about my existing Zoho CRM? I have done a lot of customization work to create fields etc, and to import contacts, and I don't want to lose that. Does that all go to waste? I will also want to use Zoho CRM email Add-on.

Generating a new Opportunity/Renewal based on Current Account's Contract End Date
Hi - Is there a way to set it up so we can have the system look up our existing contracts (under Accounts) that have end dates in Q1 2016 (between 1/1/16- 3/31/16). We would like the ability to force a specific order quantity for Product
when a standard user add a product in sales order (Module), they should only be able to add product in quantities of “25” or “50”. They should not be able to type in any number they want
sales pipeline report for opportunities - data is presented wrong in display
My issue is that sales pipelines should show the strongest / highest % at the bottom of the funnel and the lower probability at the top. The hierarchy should be: 10% 20% 30% 90% etc It displays as 90 30 20 10 How do I get it to reverse the the order?
