Integration with Google Apps / Google Sheets Widget
Hi, I recently found out that when you integrate Zoho CRM with Google Apps you'll get a few new widgets you can add to Google Sites but I've been unable to find out my data about what's actually offered in those widgets? Ultimately, on Google Sheets we have a few pages dedicated to a few accounts. I'd like to be able to list all contacts associated with those accounts on those pages. Is this possible? Is there somewhere I can read about the functionality of those widgets? Thanks

Tracking Oh-Hand Inventory
We stock inventory in multiple facilities. Is there a way to keep track of that inventory using "Products" in Zoho CRM by physical location? The same product may be stored in multiple locations. We would import the values daily by location instead of using the invoice/PO updates.

New Autoresponder Series and Existing Prospects
We had a drip marketing emails setup for existing prospects via autoresponder. Time has gone by and we want to start a new set of auto responder emails. Previously, the autoresponder time frame was set up based on the created time (when the prospects were created) in the CRM. Now that the prospects are existing and already in the system, how should we go about triggering the autoresponder to send out the emails. For example, we have 1800 prospects. We want to break them up (due to the email limits).

Hi all, Day 1 for me with Zoho. I've created two accounts, the 'super admin' one and a 'standard' account. New added user not seeing our leads
Hello, We recently added a new user for Zoho. Today I noticed that she is not able to see the leads other than the ones she has created heself. We have plenty of leads being fed inot our CRM through a webform and those leads are viewable in my administrator account. changing name of deleted user
I was trying to change a user record of someone who has left the company to a new person, not realising that I should have created a new user and deactivated the old one. After I changed the name I noticed that I could not change the email address to then deleted the user, but now everything that was created by the old user has the wrong name on it. Is there a way to edit the name on a deleted user? I understand that they cannot be re-activated, but perhaps this is something that the zoho help desk

Allowing Contacts to inherit Account address information
I'm wondering if I've just missed some functionality here, but I need contacts that are associated with an account to inherit the address information for the accounts they are associated with. I can't see any way to do this with the "Update Contacts" feature, but is there a workflow I could create and trigger for existing contacts and accounts? Appreciate any insight on solving this.

I want to create an Account number convention as I add new "Accounts". Is there something that can be flagged to automate this process based on my initial entry? Why when I attempt to create one myself and populate the field as an A00001 which I want to increment I am getting an error that it is invalid. This should be my choice correct?

Automation doesnt work
Dear support, I set up an alert email to be sent when a task meets its due date. The automation seemed to work at first with a couple of test tasks but now it doesnt work with all the previous created tasks. The rule has already the criteria of "Execute workflow whenever the criteria is met" and " Executes the Workflow Rule when a new record is created OR an existing record is edited ." I already check and the rule seems to be active. There is no problem with the email template. Please help

Sorry that this is likely a very newbie question and not an advanced on at that. I am looking to be able to search for customers based on what product that own. Our business supplies networking products to enterprises and as such I need a way to be able to find customers based on what products they own, to communicate with them about new software releases and such. I use Xero for my quoting and invoicing currently also.
Products in Quote
Why is the way that products are selected in the Proposal Quote module so difficult to use. In other modules, you are presented with a list of products and you can just tick the ones you want to include. In the Proposal Quote section you have to start typing the name of the product and then add it. It is such a hassle. It would be nice if this could be changed or customized.

Customization of related lists fails
HI there, I've got a problem with customization of my related lists (e.g. contacts, leads). I followed the instructions given in the help files but to no avail. no "not delivered" message when email address bounces
I use Zoho CRM and use the link "Send mail" on the contacts page to send a mail (using one of my templates). But if the email address is incorrect, I do not get a "not delivered" message. This is very inconvenient. I assume the recipient receives it, but the receiver doesn't get anything. How can I solve this? Is there a setting to receive bounced messages? Thanks !
