Many of our customers are individuals. It appears from the quote form that you must have an associated Account from the Accounts module. Does that mean each of these home owners should be set up as Accounts?

Append existing lead record data
Hi..I'm looking to append all existing lead record data with a new set of information I need. When I use Import, I get the Overwrite data, but I dont want to overwrite the data since there many new fields updated on them since importing to zoho. Question about getting a lookup field value from Contacts Module and updating a Lookup field in the Potential Module
I have a custom function for the Potentials Module its gets values from the Contact Module and Updates the new Potential with the values from the Contact Module. I have one new value I want to pull from the Contact Module with is a lookup field. I would think the value is a string but it appears it is not. I can't seem to pull the value over. search for contacts an accounts does not work
I do not know what is happening but the search for contacts and accounts in the iphone does not work for several weeks. It is as if not completely synchronized. I restarted the application Zoho mobile but this is still not working. It is urgent solution because working out of the office does not serve me. Zoho with QuoteRoller Any Advantage?
Our company has been doing quotes on a work processing document for some time. We are looking for a better way. I just started using Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM and like both products although I still have a lot to learn. Someone suggested to the president of our company that we use QuoteRoller for quotes and I see there is an integration with Zoho CRM although I see no advantage to using this over the CRMs own quotes system. Easy managing of tasks
I'd like to sort my tasks more easily by draging and dropping them, and can arrange them in the order I want to follow-up on them. Is there an easy solution already available or is this possible to develop? :) Right now its rather thiresome / not possible for me to arrange multiple tasks on a daily basis (they keep switching position if there on the same date). Email - Schedule Delivery - Set in the future
As an option, when sending an email from within the CRM. We need a way to schedule the email to go out at a certain time in the future. Similar to outlook or workspace webmail from godaddy. Customization for the Quick Actions Lists
I love the "Quick Actions" Feature in the different modules. However, to make it the most useful I believe that users should be able to customize which actions are included on the list for each module. For example, there is no Quick Action to "Log A Call" in the Potentials module. Logging calls is one of the most common activities in ZCRM. I set up a pop3 account. Shouldnt I be able to click on an email inside ZohoCRM and send it to that contact? Instead it opens up my gmail client and wants me to send it through there??? List View of Appointments?
I currently use the below format for recording customer visits and our sales person visits - (names are omitted). I've come to the point that we are getting more and more repeat visits, but I would need to keep changing the above information each time an appointment is made in addition to adding the information in a note. I would like to know if there is a better way to have some sort of list format so I can see how many appointments and how often and who attended etc either showing on the account

Canned Email Templates stopped working
My template email responses have stopped working. For example, I have an after sales follow-up email I send all won potentials but when I choose "Send email" from Activities and choose "add Template" the list of templates looks grayed out and only the subject line of the chosen template is populated into the email - no content.
