Hi Zoho CRM, I'd love to see some more development on the Zoho CRM Plugin for Outlook. Most businesses are using Outlook and I think there could be some more development to make adding emails from Outlook better. Maybe a tighter Integration with Outlook? Phonebridge Twilio not working at all
I have configured my CRM account to use Twilio for Phonebridge, but I am unable to make any call or receive any calls. I have configured the integration correctly, verifying within Twilio that Zoho CRM has registered their URL REST endpoint with my Twilio number. I have set up the number within my CRM but whenever I attempt to call the number or make an outgoing call, I get the same response, "Your call cannot be complete", which is what is specified by Zoho as evidenced by this output when I bring

Overwrite Import Error
I have a file that I am trying to do an import using overwrite. I imported with the overwrite option. It is telling me it skipped over 90% of the accounts. I am getting this error; Permission denied, record owned by another user I have never had an issue before, I use this to queue up calling data for views. I will not own the records, as I am the admin. please advise, I need this to have my reps follow up....... Leah Edwards
Website Contact Form Cannot be Found in Zoho CRM
It's on my website, but I cannot find it in Zoho CRM>website integration>web forms. Pop up task reminder
Hello, When I create a task I usually chose "pop up" to remind me not email. BUT : as I have many task reminders, zoho opens individual windows that take a lot a time to close them individually as I do not have time to process them all. Not possible to gather in one windows with all overdue task inside ? thanks. Nono
Activity logged via mobile not showing up in audit log
When I log a call or put in an event on the mobile app (Droid Razr X) it doesn't show up in the activity log. I have reps reporting the same thing too. Help!

How do I log a call that has been scheduled? If I schedule a call for let's say tomorrow - and then finish this call - how do I get it from "open activities" to "closed activities"? John.
Product Description Printing twice on quotes
Problem is the product description is printing 2 times on my quotes. I've tried printing older quotes and it works fine. I've tried using an older part number on the new quote and it does work correctly. See attached sample. Ideas?

IMAP Emails Rejected
My IMAP emails are being rejected by Gmail and Hotmail servers. It looks like there is a problem with sending it through the CRM. Anyone having problems with this? I have logged in several times and keep getting the message that my email addresses is not confirmed and that I should send a new confirmation request or the account will be deleted. I have check all spam filters and junk email and to date have not received a confirmation email from Zoho. Can you help with this.

Is there any way to associate emails from the same email address with different leads? Our business scenario is this: We work with a wedding planner on multiple different leads at the same time. The planner is our contact and therefore, every lead has the same email address. We would like to be able to associate different emails from the planner to the appropriate lead. Salesforce has many apps that accomplish this feature, but I have yet to find anything from Zoho.

Hi, I don't seem to find the possibility to add a status (Open - Completed) to the calls that I'm planning. If I'm going to make a call for example tomorrow I would plan it in today, add a timeslot when I would make the call. Quote Drops Trailing Zero in List Price Field
See attached. Zoho is dropping the trailing zero for list price in the Quote Program. This is not proper as this is a currency field and currency fields should display 2 decimal places.
Importing contacts for existing/imported customers
What is the format for the customer-ID to link contacts to companies successfully? I have tried a dozen times but have never been successful. Does the import csv for the contacts need to use a special format for the customer IDs? In my case the typical customer IDs (when displayed in the sheet view) are like: '1399931000000084007 Using the same IDs importing the contacts did not link the contacts though... THX for a feedback
