How do you segment a list for use with a Marketing Hub Journey?
Is it possible to use a list segment to create separate customer groups and assign different segments to different journeys? I have an all contacts list which I'd like to segment into different customer specialty groups. I'd like to send each customer group on a different journey, but I don't want to have to create a different list for each group. For example, in my list, I have customer occupation: Doctor, Lawyer, Nurse, etc. I'd like to segment the list by occupation and send Doctors on Journey

How can you reliably trigger a journey after a data sync from CRM?
Morning all What is the most reliable way to trigger a Journey after data has been sync'd from Zoho CRM? Here's my scenario: Zoho Forms feeds requests for gated content to Zoho CRM. A data sync then feeds leads from Zoho CRM to Zoho MH. I want MH to send out emais with links for the gated content but I'm struggling to get it to work reliably. The three options I'm looking at are: list entry e.g. data sync puts records into a 'data sync' list and they're processed. I haven't got this to work reliably.

Hello, Been trying to make a lead exit a journey when responding to a email from that journey, but I've noticed that in "add response" option in "Send Email" process, only allows responses like email opened, any link clicked, specific link clicked. Marketing Hub Pop-Up Form Problems
I have just started using Marketing Hub and have come across a few annoying problems: Image library doesn't load thumbnails inside editor doesn't change the text color of the pre-populated text in input fields (name, email, etc.) Once selected a text Background, it can't be reverted to transparent, definitely needs opacity settings Text border can't be reverted to "none" once selected either. Hi Everyone, We have updated the total number of leads per employee in MarketingHub for Zoho One users. Earlier, for every employee in Zoho One you were allowed to add 500 leads in MarketingHub. The number of visitors would have been twice as that of the number of leads. After the new update, 1. For each employee license added/purchased in Zoho One, 5000 leads will be added to the MarketingHub account 2. We were offering 500 leads limit for each Zoho one account getting created in MarketingHub service.

Hi, I would like to know how to increase the limit of Leads we can have in Zoho MarketingHub. In the section settings->general->subscription. It appears "Zoho One Enterprise (5500 Leads)". Using Zoho MarketingHub we reached a number of leads over 5500 and then we saw a pop-up asking us to pay more. Consequently we deleted our old Leads for having space for more. How could we increase that limit and how much does it cost?

SMS Campaign not triggering based on date
I have the following SMS journey set up in zoho marketing hub (see attached). Each lead has a date for their trip with us (just a date, no time). I would like each lead to get an sms message 2 days before the trip, and one sms message the day after (I would have liked to send an SMS on the day of the trip in the evening - but I don't think that is possible.) Hello, I've been using MarketingHub for a simple pop-up (for now, just that) but when i have the snippet active on my websibe i get an insecure message from Google Chrome: If i remove MarketingHub Snnipet from my website the error disappears, so its really a problem with Marketinghub. the image says: "The connection its not totally safe" "The atackers may see the images you are seeing in this site and deceive you by changing them". SMS Campaign using Clickatell - set up instructions.
I'm trying to set up an SMS campaign using Clickatell, but it's not working. On clickatell, I have purchased some credit, and set up a http API. I've then pasted this API key into Zoho Marketing. I tested the API in clickatell and manage to setup my phone number as a test phone. I have the SMS setup to trigger when someone is added to the list - nothing! Anyone else having issues with this?
