Custom fields with values from a table
Hi there.. The last feedback that I put, was a stupid one for, the feature I suggested was already there, as you rightly said in your reply. Time stamp
It would be great to have a time stamp function in the tools when writing notes, I have some generic notes like In the Press and Tracking of Contact and each new entry needs a time stamp. Just add a button "Timestamp" and it adds date like 29-AUG-2007 and they you can continue typing. Thanks Per Dahlen

Have an issue where one of our users is unable to change the owner information on any of the software sections, we have tried adding a task for someone else and adding a case with a different case owner but even though he sees the other user info he is unable to select it, both users are set as administrators but only one has the issue Paul O\'Brien

CRM - Something I'd love to see.
First, I love your product. It's easy to setup and use. I can't express how much I love CRM! Something I would like to see in future CRM developments has to do with Web-to-Lead. I love this feature and honestly it's the #1 reason I began using ZOHO CRM. What I would like to see is multi form support. Using Templates Does not Keep Reply to and From
Despite setting up specific From entries and Reply to entries in email templates, it does not retain those when you try to send an email to an individual. So, when I ask my secretary to send an email to a lead from me using a template, it only shows as coming from her in the email form that comes up when she chooses Send Mail and a template. New Rule and various other things not working
Under Work flow Rules: When I try to make a new rule, I save it, then it directs me to an empty page. It never saves the rule. I've looked on forums, help files, and tried to figure it out myself, but it continues to not work. Also, other functions seem to be doing similar things. All I've really done so far is set up a Web to Lead, and managed the few that I've gotten since setting it up. I'm wondering if this is going to be a persistent problem or if it can be fixed. Emails not sending
When I try to send an email to a lead, I am getting the error message that the page could not be found after I click send on the email. I tried again and BCC'ed myself on the email and got error message and I did not receive the email. Seems to keep happening. brad.nickel

URL functionality
Hi, I am using your product and I am very happy with it. When I enter a website address in the URL contact field, I normally use the whole URL address (with http://). Apparently, this is causing troubles when I click on the links in my contacts as it will reproduce and duplicate the http:// and lead me to an error page. For example: I enter the website data of a contact like this: http://www.example.com When it is recorded and I click on the link created it takes me to: http://http://www.example.com

Importing Records
Hi, I am using your product and I love it. However, I encountered a problem trying importing contacts from Excel. I made sure that the list has not more than a 1000 contacts and my excel application was closed. When I import my contacts it succesfully maps the fields but at importing it just shows the "importing bar" and does not finish the job. Thanks, Roberto Roberto Wohlgemuth

Web To Leads - Using Multiple Email Templates
I have two web sites (a company site and a product-specific site) that both have web to lead forms on them. I'm trying to get each form to send an email using a different template, i.e., The company site will send a "Partner" response email template and the product site will send a "Thanks for buying" email. I've tried using the workflow setting without success. Any help here would be much appreciated.
missing essentials
I currently use Daylite on my Mac, but decided to see what else was out there that might work better with my iPhone. Daylite is supposed to have syncing soon, but it's not there yet and it's frustrating. I am impressed with Zoho CRM, and I really like the ease of sharing data with co-workers, I'm going to stick with Daylite for now as it has a few things I can't live without. But, I am going to check back with the online CRM scene every few months to see where it's at as I could definitely see this

Returns to wrong list view
When I select a non-default list view, and then from the resulting list, select a detail lead to view and then return to the list view after viewing a detail lead, the correct list view is displayed and the leads are in the same position on the list as they were previously. However when I Edit and save in the detail view and then back up, the list view changes back to the default view rather than the one I had previously selected. Global Search Options
I'm searching for keywords located in Notes or Mail associated with the contact. When I look at the options available for searching (on the home page, left) those aren't included. How do I make it search those entries as well? Thomas Mangum
Humble suggestion
In the forms, if you provide export and import, it would help in case if the user already have data pertaining to the form. For example, in account form, I will first export it as an excel sheet and thus I will get an excel template. I would then fill this excel sheet and then import into this form. This way I can save lots of time otherwise I would spent entering data I already have in some other application. Rafeek

hi - i am using the crm to manage my clients businesses and contacts. The nature of my business is advertising and hence collecting payments from clients on a regular basis. i want to be able to keep track of monthly payments made by each 'account' and compile a report at end of specified period. I can't seem to be able design such a configuration and if i add simple custom fields with payment info, they are not searcheable...Is there a solution to this? ryan

One solution link to multiple products
Hi, We are software developer company. The software will have version control. In Zoho CRM, we have to spread each version into independent product. Hi there, Applications like Zimbra, Google reader now offer a "off-line" mode, which we find attractive. There are a number of platforms, from Adobe, Google gears, and even the upcoming Firefox3, which are offering the offline mode.
