Having to manually press the 'Calc Tax' button in Quotations is crazy
We have just started using the Quotes module but are finding it a painful process. Is it just us or does anyone else find it very strange to have to remember to manually press the 'calc tax' button for every single product that we add to a quote? And then even worse at the very end, we also have to remember to manually press the same 'calc tax' button in order to calc and display the final tax amount to add to the sub total for that quote? How can I prevent users seeing activities about other users from a different territory?
Hi, We have a territory called 'Circle Crimson & Co' and another called 'Australia' - the users in these territories have the same role (in this case, core consultants), but I do not want them to be able to see what the other territory is doing. Currently Circle Crimson & Co users can see Australia user's contacts, companies and activities. Please let me know which permissions I need to change to stop this happening. Thanks, Nicole
How to close only my CRM Account
I set up our company's Zoho Mail and later clicked on the CRM to check it out. I was automatically signed up for the Enterprise Free Trial as as a Super Admin. Web Site URL check Problem
Your new URL check feature doesn't work properly. For example this url "www.ci.bonney-lake.wa.us/" is correct but ZohoCRM gives an alert as "Please enter a valid Website" and then it doesn't save the URL. Mandatory Check Script
Hello. I'm having an issue where it appears the mandatory check script for my forms is not working. The lead submission successfully fires all of the right actions - auto response email, auto entry into CRM, etc. On the web page it's self, when the form is filled out, submission is being allowed even when required fields are not filled out. I have created a custom view for leads and added the field lead owner. Because I am the administrator I see all leads of all lead owners. I have a related list from a custom module. Currently I have chosen the fields and it displays correctly. However my question is> Is it possible to show only the rows in the list that meet a certain criteria? Eg if my columns are Name, Sex, Hair Colour Only show those whose Sex is Male? Whan you modify an activity from a Potential
Hi guys, this is the issue that I encuntered. From inside a Potential I create a new activity uusing Log a call . Then I choose an outbound Call type, Completed call in details, I put the description and I saved . Then from the Potential details I edit ed the call. First issue is that marked as an inbound call even if I selected outbound when I created it. Now, once I save my modifications the activity disappear from inside the Potential . I can only see this activity in the general activities list

Multiple emails per lead and contact (for Email Gadget recognition) needed
Most people (leads and contacts) have multiple email addresses. Cannot delete Roles due to "Role Name Lookup" not working
I created a few roles (for only 2 users) that now I want to delete. However the "role name lookup" box does not give me any options to assign the role/users to. Good morning, there is a user sending mails from the CRM but the copy of the mail is not saved in the mail. Other users may see on your Mail all emails sent via SOHO.
New lead screen is different than the custom lead module I set up.
My customer lead module is set up the way I want it, but the lead view screen is different. It combines the first and last name into one field and it throws the formatting off. Anyone know how to fix this?
