Quickbooks field mapping no choice for quantity
In the field mapping, there is a Quantity on the Quickbooks side, but there is no option for Quantity on the Zoho side. How are we supposed to send invoices to Quickbooks with no quantity on line items?!

ZOHO Mapping Items into QuickBooks
Will items only be mapped from ZOHO to QuickBooks based on when an Invoice is exported into QuickBooks? In other words we do not want a lot of item numbers in QuickBooks so we are wondering if those items used in Invoices will be exported? Can someone provide me the answer? Save & New not functioning as expected
I go into an Account and I want to add several Contacts to it. Under the Contacts section I click New and it brings up the add Contact form with the Account pre-populated with the Account I was just on. I enter the Contact and then click Save & New but the add Contact form that comes up no longer has the Account name filled in. I would have hoped that it would keep the Account filled in so you don't have to keep picking the Account each time you want to add another Contact to it?

Hi. I was recently looking at the free Community Edition of SugarCRM, and they have a great feature that is called a Social Connector. Basically it checks your contacts to see if they have LinkedIN accounts, and give you an icon to hover over to view their info. I'm sure the same could apply to Twitter and Facebook. Google Calendar Sync works erratically when I clone events
Heres what I'm trying to do: Clone an event on zoho calendar. My gcalendar is setup to sync 2 ways. This works as expected: When I clone an event from my zoho calendar and create a new event for a later time, the event shows in both the google calendar and the zoho calendar. But, On some occasions, the google calendar event does not list participants on the meeting. Hi, I am interested in what others have to say about the meaning of the approved/recognised partner status used for other cloud integrations. We use onesaas to integrate with Xero and Bigcommerce. Others are planned depending on the attitude of Zoho I guess . We have also written some custom integrations to keep out legacy systems in sync during cutover phase. Our problem is that the way onesaas synchronises with Zoho each hour it uses all our credits up before the first hour of each daily is complete.

Retrieving a list of columns and the associated data types programatically
We are looking to pull back information about a customer's data structure programatically so that we can validate information that they have provided us. I can get a list of entity types (modules) in their Zoho CRM with the get modules request https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/api/getmodules.html which is great but i can't find a way of getting a description of these modules. problem saving contact
Hello, I have a problem when I want to create a contact. Everything goes right when I fill the boxes but when I press "Save", there's an error message which says "impossible to handle your request. Does anyone have information to help me? You have to know that it doesn't happen everytime. I've had this problem only 3 time during the past few days but everytime I have to wait an entire day before I can save the new contact. Also, It's never the same contact, so all the information are different.

Good day everybody, I was wondering if, after a scheduled meeting it is possible to write a descent visit report. This report summaries the topics discussed during the meeting. Hello everybody, I would like to issue a visit report, after we have visited a (potential) client. This report needs to be sent via email to the people concerning it within our company. Futhermore I would like to have this option linked to a action (meeting). Is there any option? I've only found the notes option under meeting, but this option will not do. Thanks for any input. Zoho CRM integration with Elastix 2.5

The thing is, I am following all the steps on the manual, but whenever I try to run: nohup sh run.sh & It says this: I recreated the authtoken and putted it on the file ./conf/zti.properties, still the same problem. Contact Notes sort oder
Is there anyway to sort, re-order, contact notes? It appears that the "natural" sort is oldest first and continues on down to the latest note. If you keep a lot of notes on a contact, you have to do a whole lot of down scrolling in order to see the latest note. Is there a way to reverse the order and have the most recent note show at the top of the list? Alternatively, is there a way to title the note by date and have the sort order or natural presentation done by title/date newest to oldest?
