Hello...I love your product. I am setting up to use it for my service business (video production). What would be helpful is if I could restrict users to certain views that I choose. Right now...for example...the grand total $ amount of quotes that users enter is visible to all users. For privacy reasons it would be nice if each user was only aware of their own grand total amounts on their own quotes. Maybe I missed something...and maybe this has already been brought up by someone else. But your product

Task Field
Hi, Is there a way? When I go through the leads and schedule a mass task like "Make the first phone call". Then I proceed to call all of these leads via my activities I can only see the person's name, number and not there company. So is there a way to add a field in the task description that would automatically carry the company name to the task descrip along with the individuals name so I can save time in knowing which comp this person works for? Calender Sync
We are thinking of cancelling zoho, too many things are not usable for example to sync the calender we must sync all past activities which in our case is over 1300. This then clutters the events with so much detail you can not find what you need. Is there a way to only sync current and future calender items and not past items? Is there a way to not view past items? brettthomp

Blank home page
The home page of 1 (only one) user has a empty content area. The page header shows "<title>Zoho CRM - Error : Home Page</title>. I can't add components or change to normal view. All tabs and others shortcuts works fine. The user has a administrator role. How can I reset/change the home page view I can't just delete the user, becurse I want to reuse the user login and user e-mail address. I have 2 other users with no problems.
Problems to import contact from Excel
I'm a new user of Zoho CRM and I need some help to import contacts from excel. I've tried to import contacts from an excel file, either csv or xls, but i have an error page at the third step. An error page appears with "Sorry, the page you have requested was not found." Thanks for your help.

I'm seeing a strange error when I receive any notification from Zoho CRM. It appears as though zoho is trying to relay through my exchange server. Below is the error message that I get back: Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
