Hi, This is the first time I'm using Zoho's suite of solutions. I've only encountered this issue today and hasn't been a problem the past 2 weeks.

Auto populate multiple fields in Contacts from Accounts
Hi all, We're brand new to Zoho CRM, and I need to be able to copy data from an account to the contact. We need to do this because of how we want to group contacts. E.g. We send targeted emails to All contacts with a tenancy in Building A, we also use the Business Type to target contacts We have the fields in the Accounts and Contacts, and I need to push this to the Contact so that I can group on it (since I can't group contacts by an account field). Can't delete old alias.
Hello, Same problem as others have had. I had an old domain, and set up an email address with that old domain. I got a new domain, and deleted the old domain from zoho. But, the old email address remains as an alias. This is even worse because the old alias appears to be default (even though it is not primary). Name of Deal module can't be changed back
I changed the name of the Deal module to Opportunities but it improperly showed the proper amounts on the deals screen. I then changed the name of the module back to Deals but it won't stay named Deals. It will revert back to Opportunities.
