Hi, We've migrated all our mail accounts with IMAP folder hierarchy to Zoho few days ago using the migrate option in zoho admin control panel. Using the iOS Zoho Mail app, we can see all IMAP folders and messages within, with no issues. in iOS mail app, we had to change the IMAP folder prefix to / to be able to download the folder and see all. Birthday workflow not working
I created a birthday workflow to alert me when active clients have birthdays but it's not working. I'm not getting the alerts. Now, when I import new contacts, I have the option upon import to add the Birthday workflow I created to those contacts, and the workflow rule seems to be working for them. I am unable to add new calls with this error message stating that there is a 25000 records limit in Bigin and we have to upgrade to Zoho CRM to continue.
