Out going mail blocked - 554 5.1.8
This is to inform you that we are not using zoho mail facility to send campaigns. My outgoing mails has been blocked with error 554 5.1.8. Request you to kindly Unblock my email ASAP, this is hampering my work a lot. We are a IT company and send around 60-80 Conversational Mails per day. Kindly do the the needful at the earliest. Creator version 5.24.1 is causing havoc. Please update us on progress. Users report date format issues on existing records and Address field no longer has tap to adjust location. Now there are no apps shown in workspace view. All issues reported are on iOS.

VAULT
Somehow I have lost the VAULT extension in GOOGLE CHROME. Tried following the directions to readd, but I get an error that THIS SITE CANNOT BE REACHED. Not sure where the issue may be be.
MX and SPF not working
Already added the MX and SPF records, but on the control panel it still stays that they are not pointed to zoho mail. Can you check if my configuration is right and I just need to wait?

Hello, I need to migrate our email account from Zoho to Gsuite. I followed the Data migration option of Gsuite and provided the following server details. Migration Server: Other Email Server Connection Protocol: IMAP Email Server: imap.zoho.eu:993 Account: csilla@acrosscontinents.net The connection is successful. However when i try to migrate emails it shows initializing for long time and eventually shows error (with error LEGACY_CONNECT). Could you please guide me what should i do or if I am missing

Notes Disappeared
I have been using the notes app on my computer for several months and never had any issues with it. But yesterday the app kicked me out of my account and when I logged in all of the notes I had taken were gone. I looked in the trash and they were not there. I really need them back!
Salesforce integration user ID cannot be changed
We need to change the Salesforce user ID when integrating with Zoho forms. Removing the integration and re-applying to any form - even a new one - does not allow us to use a different Salesforce user ID. Could someone from Zoho please help with this issue as it appears to be a fault at the Zoho end. Thanks.
Unable to Access my Zoho Invoice account
I erroneously removed the main email address for our Zoho Invoice account during a Zoho Mail setup and now I can no longer login to the Zoho Invoice account to which the email is associated. Hi All Has anyone figured a way to prevent duplicate hours for the same day in a timesheet? For example I have 2 timesheets submitted for approval for the same project, job etc and each have 4 hours each for the same day. One is a duplicate entry. Document Merge not working?
We use the document merge feature constantly during the day to prep reports for clients. Its not working today - tried different entries, tried different documents, tried to send it to different email address, checked spam - nothing. (For the past a month or two, we've been having random glitches: all of a sudden editing response via the email link stopped working and then started working again a couple of different times and now this)
"Cannot get mail" Zoho is currently unavailable
All of the email accounts I have get this error on iOS devices yet all accounts can login via a browser so I know that passwords are correct. Accounts were working fine on all devices until a week or so ago. I am using my own domain and using "imappro.zoho.com" for the incoming mail server. How can the mail be working (I know this because of logging in via a browser) but I can't use it with other mail programs?

Problem with Mass creation of invoices
I have a script to generate an 'x' amount of invoices. Recently I'm facing the problem where in example, if I tell the script to create 120 invoices; the script stops working when it creates 70 invoices, and the rest don't get created. The script used to work fine and could create even up to 160 invoices. Below is the following error, and an example of the script that creates the invoices. Problems in Setup of outlook 2016 imap with zoho account
Hi Can anyone assist me?I am new to ZOHO today, I have setup email addresses etc. with my domain and verified etc., however when trying to setup on outlook as an IMAP account, during the account test stage I keep getting an error message returned stating that 'outlook cannot connect to your outgoing (SMTP) e-mail server'....
