I was working on a campaign, using a very simple basic template. Initially, I started noticing huge lags when trying to upload images, which can take up to 2 minutes to get uploaded. Then today at one point it went go through the whole loading screen after having selected the picture I wanted to upload, but then when the loading screen was over no picture was there. Mass email: only 20 mails allowed per day ( instead of 250)
Today I have upgraded to the paid Standard version of Zoho CRM. I am now experiencing that there is a daily limit of 20 (mass) mails per days, see enclosed screenshot. I have been informed that it should be 250 per day. Can you clarify?

SPF failure despite multiple attempts- Please help

Hello, my friend is trying to access ZohoSpark using his old account and gets this error: "Your Zoho CRM account has been disabled and you will not be able to access it. Read/Write access user unable to see data
I have a spreadsheet that has two Read/Write access users. They add data entries to a sheet, which has formulas flowing into summary sheet. Until yesterday, the two users were able to see the data on the data entry sheets, but all the sudden from today, both users wasn't able to see any data above certain row on that sheet. Any suggestion on how to resolve this is welcomed and appreciated. Thank you in advance.
Sales IQ Chat Widget Sticker Appearance Not Updating
Hello Community, We've made some simple and recent changes to the Sales IQ chat widget appearance and colour on our website. Whilst the colours have updated fine, the sticker design/shape refuses to change despite the change being committed and successfully updated. This worked / updated much more quickly before. Any idea what might be prevent this and how I get the sticker design to change (other than updating in the app, which is not working for us) ?
Cannont create time entries in ZOHO
My team cannot enter a time entry. Each time we click the "plus" on a time entry the screen turns white and stays white. we have tried several different browsers (Firefox, IE & Chrome) with the same issue. We have a select few whose time entries work, but most does not.

Cannot update Contact Field values via API after renaming them

Tracking Cheques issued as Security Deposit for loans taken
All Banks and Lending Institutions require a signed security cheque for the disbursed amount with the words "Not Exceeding INR ____" ( and the INR amount will equal the sanctioned amount - even if it is INR 100 lakhs). Does Zoho Books have any utility to capture the entry of such cheques which are to be recorded for tracking but as per GAAP they are not supposed to impact the Bank Account and the GL since they are a contingent liability.

Concise description - I was not able to recieve any email on my newly setup zoho account. I change the MIX records setting and now I am able to receive if I sent new email now but cannot receive if anyone had sent email prior to change in MIX records. Can't Create More Than One SMTP Server in Apple Mail
Hi, I have 2 email addresses through Zoho and am using Apple Mail as my email client. For whatever reason I can't seem to get the second address to send outgoing mail. When I try to add the first email address' SMTP setting to the second address it doesn't work (won't send), and the application won't allow me to create a second Zoho SMTP server. I'm setting this up as POP, but that shouldn't affect the outgoing mail so much (I'm able to receive mail at both addresses). MacBook Pro, High Sierra
Statements not working for full year
Hello, I am trying to create a statement that shows all outstanding invoices for 2020. However when I select "This Year" as the timeframe it only displays invoices from 1st April 2020 and not from the beginning of the year like it should from 1st Jan 2020. Can this be fixed? Hello, We use the ZOHO Projects chat room as you can see The problem is that in Cliq Room the @mention does not work. And when they are inside the room all the project participants there is no way to make a discussion mentioning someone. Hello! I had links to anchors set up on my website and they stopped working. I tried removing the links and then re-adding the links and they didn't work. I have two projects that have primary clients associated with them but they do not sync with Zoho Books. Zoho support does not know how to fix it. Anyone have any ides? When I review the sync errors the "set primary client" link does nothing.

CRM very slow
Team, For the past hour, my CRM is stuck at loading... Do you have any issues? Only CRM is acting up. The rest of my Zoho apps are fine. Also, worth noting is that the slowness has been happening for the past week. Already deleted cache, tried other browser, nothing... CRM still won't load.
