Hello! I've been trying to use CRM Webforms to collect data about future leads on a landing page. However, I have stumbled upon a very big problem. The form does not actually validate that the e-mail that was filled in has a valid structure. Dashboard component not showing correct information
I have added a dashboard component as follows: After saving, the dashboard is showing all Deals created since the beginning, not only for the current week vs last week. From what I can tell this is reporting per last 7-day period, rather than per calendar week.

Hi there, I'm having issues logging into Zoho Desk. I go to my custom domain https://support.mydomain.com.au/support/xxxxx and enter my email address and password. I then get redirected to https://support.mydomain.manageengine.com/oauthorize which fails with "page not found" error. I mainly use the mobile app and haven't logged into Zoho Desk by desktop for a week. Has something changed? Thanks in advance, James

Hi does anyone have a solution where I can allow any user to start a meeting from a common (boardroom computer) without having to log into ZMeeting everytime? I know they can join a meeting, however, if the presenter is in the room, they have no way to start the meeting without either their laptop or logging in. How have you solved this issue? Thanks

Want to send out bespoke quotations, but having problems getting the product description from the quote to show in the template.
We have built bespoke e mail layouts to send to our customers, as e mail layouts and not inventory. All is ok; we are able to add the customer name, price, delivery etc etc, quotation no, but we cannot get the product description to carry over to the template. When you look at the quote, it says product name there, but when you look at the fields that can be added to the drop down list, there is no product name available. Reply All issue in ZOHO mails
I migrated a PST from MS Outlook to ZOHO mails, but when attempting for Reply All in any migrated emails, then it isn't showing any emails (except mine) which were there in earlier sent email. Also in CC section it is displaying some mails from TO section and some emails from CC section.

Hello, I am trying to sync my CRM data so that I can create a report with new updated CRM information, but whenever I try to sync the data it says sync in progress endlessly until i refresh, and it then says sync failed. I like the new workflow, it has proved helpful in finding issues. With 250 workflows in my app, search is important. The new workflow search is case sensitive, where the previous version wasn't.
