MH won't accept sync time for data sync to CRM
Having run out of allowed immediate syncs, I am now trying to setup daily syncs in MH to pull data from CRM Leads Views. When I first set a sync up, the default time is 0500PM (screen-162). I presume that's beause 0500PM was close to the current time. I chnage that to 0900PM (screen-163 and 164). This seems to be accepted. But when I complete the setup (screen-165) then go back in to check, I find that it's been set back to 0500PM (screen-166). This become a bigger problem when I try to setup subsequent

How to process multiple Authorize,net ACH transactions in 1 month
For ACH / checking account payments I have set up Authorize.net gateway. I usually set up my Authorize.net checking transactions as PPD (if that makes any difference). I also have set up Stripe but only for credit & debit cards. All of my customers pay recurring monthly subscription fee, usually billed on the 1st of the month. Some of them also incur extra charges from time to time that are billed separately from the subscription fee. The extra charges shouldn't be combined with the monthly subscription

Zoho Assist OTP
I am locked out of Zoho Assist because it requires a mobile number for an OTP, however my number has been used on another account. I don't have another number, meaning I am locked out of Assist. The message says it's for security, however I already have Zoho OneAuth and Google Authenticator enabled for 2FA. There is absolutely no need for yet another auth method. Please either disable this completely unnecessary request, or let me know which account has already used my mobile number.
Tasks, Events & Settings not working anymore
Dear all, since almost an hour ago our Connect lost most of its functionality. All of the pages now have "undefined" as the meta tile and the followoing functions don't work anymore: All the tasks are gone. Task boards are still there though. All the events are gone. The navigation on the right side (options, users, integrations) is not working at all. Is there any way to fix this? Did any of you encounter this problem before?
Cliq - no notifications when not in app
Hello Zoho team, I use Cliq on my iPhone 5s (model ME305LL/A) with iOS 12.1.2. If I the app is open, I get banner notifications. But if I have the app closed or my screen is locked, I don't receive any push notifications (neither "lock screen" nor "notification center"). Losing Formatting in Zoho Mail
When I have an email that has formatted text that I try to use to Edit as new, or I forward, or I reply, all the text in the email and any previous email messages from replying back and forth, all the formatting is lost. All the email messages are bunched together. Also, when I use Zoho Mail Notes, after I save the notes and close it, when I reopen it, not only are the formatting lost, all the text gets bunched together, also, like the email messages. I've even tried to put it into a bulleted list

Bug Report: Reminder setting doesn't always open
When creating a new activity and specifying a reminder date, sometimes the date setting window (img 3) doesn't open, but the slider moves across. If you attempt to save at that point you get an error message (img 1). You then have to re-click the reminder slider (img 2) to get into the date settings. It would be a lot easier if the slider simply set the reminder date/time to the same as the activity automatically, with a hyperlink ('set') next to it to open the date settings window if you need to
OneDrive Links not being accepted in url field
Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this but putting a link to a OneDrive file in a URL field pulls up an error message about it not being a valid link. Any ideas? Thanks Chris

Attachments not loading on Desktop / Workplace / Calendar
Hi there, I am having an issue viewing attachments on the Calendar on Desktop. The file can be downloaded or added to workdrive but can not be viewed from the Calendar. As you can see from the screenshot when I click preview on the file I receive a message stating mail.zoho.com refused to connect. I have tried on chrome and exploer browsers, each time I receive the same result. Also have tried clearing all caches - still the same. Does not happen on email attachments only Calendar attachments.

When there are no appointments available the customer booking page says "no slots available" The word "slot" isn't a nice word in English. An ability to use a more appropriate word like "appointment" would be great.

New Deal made through custom button/deluge not triggering workflow rule
There is a workflow rule in our CRM that is supposed to send out an email notification to select people once a new deal is made matching a certain criteria. We have a custom button that creates a deal that has this criteria but when the deal is created using this button the workflow doesn't trigger and an email isn't sent. Does anyone know what is causing this issue/any possible fixes to it? Thanks

Cannot delete folder from docs trash
I had deleted a shared folder and can see it is in the trash When I try to delete it from trash, a popup comes 'deleting' but nothing happens This is a big folder and I'm stuck out of space till this folder gets deleted!
