Pasting Format
I sometimes paste things I need to save the format of, on my macbook pro when i paste to notebook it makes very large blank lines and destroys my formatting. I cant find an option to disable, is it possible too? ALso, can you attach any kind of files? I cant seem to attach a .yaml file. I will look this up but thought id through it in here. thank you

Problem with aligment of a data to the bottom of a cell
Hey, I work on my table in Zoho writer, and I always have a problem with aligning data to a bottom of a cell. I tried everything: deleting all content in a cell, making a new row, adding and removing margins. It becomes annoying because that is not the only bug I encounter. Unable to change custom view columns
I have a custom view set up to be visible to all agents. I am trying to change the columns visible in table view but nothing happens. It is only one particular view that cannot be changed. i have tried several other custom views and they are fine. There are currently only 7 columns visible, and I am trying to add 3 additional columns. After hitting save, nothing happens.

Hello, Previously I had a self-hosted email server, then I moved to zoho mail, because I liked it. After creating and verifying the account with DNS. I was adding more users. But when I was adding rahul.bhattacharya@risklatte.com it was saying that the invitation is already sent with red background and the user was not added. I don't know what's happening. Events module rename to Meetings has broken CRM to Analytics sync
Finally connected with Support as syncing Zoho CRM with Zoho Analytics has started failing today. Appearently Zoho's renaming of Events to Meetings has broken the sync functionality. In case you're seeing the same sync failures you'll know why. Mission critical for us so hope the patch of this major error comes soon!
'Created by' field
Hi. We need to make some analytics with data how many projects did each user create but I can't find a field with this information in Analytics, Projects nor CRM. There is a column named "Created Time" but there is not a "Created By" column. I am aware that there is a "Owner" field but in most cases we update it on later stages of project implementation so we won't find there information who has created that specific project. Hello, Based on IFRS and GAAP rules, for the balance sheet to represent the true view of the company's financial situation, all the customer accounts with credit balances (i.e. prepayments, overpayments) should be moved to liabilities in the balance sheet. Of course, rules are more complex than the above statement but this situation I want to explore. I want my credit customer accounts my vendor accounts to be shown in balance sheet depending on the account balance - or as asset or a liability.

I have setup POP3 access in my Zoho mail account to be pulled from GMail. Today, GMail is unable to pull from the POP servers on Zoho and this is the error message: "Server returned error "Bad msg size: 4 -1". This was previously working but now nothing is coming through. Hey Team, Issue just started today. I have Zoho Finance and Zoho CRM integrated. Today, the integration seems out of whack. All my deals, open deals and closed deals, have wrong Zoho Finance associations. In the Zoho Finance related list, it lists many Sales Orders and Invoices that should not be there. Everything (I thought) was setup correctly. The group email was set up to receive emails and there was one member in it to receive them. However, after not receiving a email confirmation I double checked and it turned out the member was marked as inactive (with a grey button). WHenever I click on the button, the button turned green but as soon as I leave the page, it would turn back to grey (inactive). Video playback issue in KB articles on mobile Safari browsers
We tried to browse and play the embedded videos on different articles with the Safari browser and they are not being played back. On android devices there aren't any video playback issues. We tried this with 2 different iphone devices which have the latest version Safari browser. When you select a video and press on the play button then the video looks like to be starting but immediately stops.

Deal Import Not Populating Correct Deal Owner
I am importing 20-30 deals from several Deal Owners. All Deal Owners are active. Using the 'Sample_Deal' spreadsheet provided by Zoho, I have populated the fields to be imported, including the 'Deal Owner' and the 'Deal Owner ID'. Blueprint - Error While Saving Transition
It looks like a CRM update has just been done. My blueprint has been working fine all day, but is suddenly coming up with an error message - Error While Saving Transition - every time a button is clicked even though no changes have been made to it. If the screen is refreshed after button click, the transition has taken place... but not sure why the error is popping up. Any ideas?
How to handle division spun out to new entity?
One of my customers spun out a division into a new, totally separate company. I don't want to lose the history between the new and old customer. The people are the same, but the emails are different. I figure I can setup a new company and just go back-and-forth between them for history. However, is there a way to have everything show up under one customer account so I can see everything in one place? If I change the customer name, I lost what was under the old versus the new. However, it is frustrating to see Zoho does not know when a page break is needed. I have SAML SSO setup for my organization, but whenever a user clicks the "Sign Out" button in their email inbox, it takes them to the Zoho logout page instead of the logout page specified in the SAML settings.
