Zoho CRM - Invoices module - Quantity in product table is blank
I am having trouble with my Zoho CRM inventory template. This is the first time I've experienced this problem. I deleted two inventory templates the other day and since then the quantity fields are always blank. I've tried everything. Replacing the product table. Deleting all templates and starting over. Nothing works. All exported invoices have blanks in the quantity column. This is a feature of Zoho CRM that I use quite regularly, so it is quite urgent that I resolve this as soon as possible.

WorkDrive Search does not search Team folder names
Is this going to become available soon? For example, if the Team Folder name is "ABC123" and I search for "ABC123" nothing comes up.

I've embedded code to display the calendar on my website. I noticed last week that some of my events are displaying as double entries on my website but not in my calendar on the admin side. Also, updates like removing events are not being displayed on my website. Maybe something is wrong with the code? Cannot add record to multi-select lookup

On my account, I have set up mail hosting, MX Records and SPF, yet when I send an email to my account I get an error saying "553 Relaying Disallowed". ZOHO Campaign Sync is Not Working
Hi there, I need to sync contacts from only one rep. So, I chose to set Contact Owner is a criteria. There is no drop down menu matching the names of the reps, so I typed in the name, it did not work. I then chose Contact Owner Contains and added First Name of the rep. Did not work. Hello, I am trying to address training courses to multiple users. In Training Form there is a system field, type Lookup, named "owner" that give a single-select choice. I tried to create a new lookup field with multiple-select choice, and set it as primary, but the training course is still addressed to the owner. Integrating Tasks of Desk with Tasks of Projects
Hi, We have been using Zoho projects for Projects. Each customer are considered as a Project. Recently we have started using Zoho desk. The problem is whenever we assign a task to our engineer from desk, we need to fill the same on Zoho Projects as our Project Management team and our Engineers work hours can be only managed on Zoho Projects. Hi all, I have noticed that the sales duration never changes and is always 0, even after closing the deal. My pipeline starts with Needs Analysis and ends with the Closed options. I should mention that most deals are created in the deals module and not via a lead conversion. Harry

Setting call times and marking them as complete
When I log a call, I set a call time for a few minutes before the then-current time so it appears in the CRM as starting in the past. When I try to mark the call as complete, I get an error message saying "Call start time should be in the past". I checked my profile time zone and it is correct. I have attached a screenshot showing the call was started at 4:00 PM on 7/14/20 and I am trying to mark it as complete at 4:21 PM on 7/14/20. What is happening?

Integrate ZOHO Desk searchbar and add ticket in 3rd party application
We want to integrate a helpcenter search bar and the possibility to directly add tickets to our cloud software. We want to add a 'support bar' in our software where people have the search field to search for known articles. When entering certain tags the right document should become available directly. Just like the search requests in the ZOHO Desk environment direcly. Can you point us to the right API information? We also want to be able to directly add a support ticket from our application.
Importing contacts to a new list on Campaigns, that may have already unsubscribed from a previous list
I have just imported some client contacts onto a new list on Zoho Campaigns. As we are a large company and follow stringent GDPR regulations, my concern is that the newly added contacts may have already unsubscribed from a previous list in Zoho Campaigns, therefore will not want to receive any communications. Can you confirm if contacts have already unsubscribed from a campaign list, they will automatically be removed or will not be imported on to other lists? Has anyone else had this issue?

ZohoWriter deletes spaces when pasting a document from Microsoft Word.
Everytime I try to paste a 63 page document into ZohoWriter, it deletes random spaces between select words throughout the entire document. An example: Original Text: Sift together the dry ingredients. Cut in the butter until mix resembles bread crumbs rather than flour. Make a hole, pour in milk into center. Mix until liquid is completely mixed in, not until it resembles dough. Mix with be very crumbly. Pour onto a floured surface. Work just until edges no longer look flaky. Indent tops with a thumb

Showtime Recordings not available
Hello, We are running Zoho Showtime Trial version. The recordings of the meetings are processing for a long time. its been more than 12 hours now, but still it is been shown as under processing. We are planning to upgrade to a plan if the recordings are proper. PFA the screenshot. W e are not able to view the recordings in the library as well. Is this something to do with Trial version?
