Hi, I'm looking for a solution. I have staff working at home remoting into their work pc's and I have zoho assist deployed to these machines. Is there a way I can use zoho assist to remote into the remoting session? Currently when I remote into the work pc's I can not see what my staff see. I am only looking at what I would see if I went into the office and switched on the work monitor. Thanks
My Open Tickets Missing Populated Data
I need help. For some reason when in My Open Tickets (table view) information that is populated on the ticket is now showing up on the view. This just recently started happening. It works fine in any custom created views, but not the canned views that are defaulted in. Any ideas what could be causing this issue? The black boxes are populated with data but are redacted to insure the privacy of our customers. Example: Yellow fields showing as blank but the ticket has all of this information on
Zohoapis.com Returns OpenSSL alert bad certificate
We are using PHP (Laravel) with Guzzle and calls to the API via Zohoapis.com are returning: cURL error 56: OpenSSL SSL_read: error:14094412:SSL routines:ssl3_read_bytes:sslv3 alert bad certificate, errno 0 (see https://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html It seems the certs on that site are self-signed by Zoho. We note this error on both local environments and in Heroku.
Error with Multiple video feed for Meeting

I am trying to create an invoice in ZOHO invoice based on an updated module entry in ZOHO CRM (Invoices Module). Useless notification
Hello! I made a migration from Evernote to Zoho Notebook. Notes migrated incorrectly (checkboxes disappeared). I deleted all migrated notes to convert them myself little by little. But moreover now I see a notification at every start of zoho desktop. Please watch attached screenshot. I have to press "later" at every start. How to dismiss it?
Way to prevent Notebook and Note title Truncation?
Can anyone tell me if there's a way to get Zoho to display the FULL TITLE of a notebook or note? The more notebooks I add, the more the truncation is becoming a problem; harder to tell them apart without opening each one. I'm ready to start creating custom image covers with text for each, but thought i'd ask first in case there's a way to save myself that effort ;-)

I have been using https://www.mail-tester.com/ to check the scores of our newsletter emails. I have worked on improving our score where we can, but there are aspects of the score that we cannot control. It would appear to be related to the way Zoho campaigns builds the emails. Mail Outgoing Blocked
I am unable to send emails using my email address info at winsomeflora.com and the message I get is Your account info {at} winsomeflora.com has been blocked due to security reasons. I logged into my Control Panel for the domain and see that 'Outgoing' is flagged as 'Off'. When I try to enable it, it says 'Operation permitted for paid users only' Can somebody please tell me what is the reason for this issue and how can my outgoing be unblocked? Thanks,

I find myself so close to being able to produce some really great automations, however i find myself falling short constantly due to limitations on the zoho crm and zoho flow integration. I'm trying to verify my domain and tried the txt method first but didn't work so I tried the CNAME method and it also says that it cant verify my domain although when I paste the link with my CNAME in browser the redirect to the Zoho page works perfectly. Hello, I created two email adresses 3 days ago linked to my domain name hosted by "I Want My Name.com". I am able to send emails from those two new adresses (contact@irene-eroticfanzine.com, submit@irene-eroticfanzine.com) BUT I can't receive any ones at all. Client submission
I was informed that once you send resumes via client submission that it stays in the client portal. Is there not a way to hide past client submissions when the job is closed. I had a client that went into client submission and went as far back as 2 years ago asking for names of those candidates. How does anyone else deal with that? PS. and if you close the job the names are still present.

We recently imported around 20k contacts into Zoho CRM from a CSV-file generated by Salesforce. Around 4k of those had a field 'ISDELETED' that indicated whether those contacts were deleted in Salesforce. We mapped this field to a new field in Zoho in order to be able to delete them later on. I have checked two scenarios myself: While sending an invitation to a User to sign up on my website While sending a store admin invitation (for administrating my store) Initially I thought it was a minor issue for the first scenario above and ignored.
