Static Chat link and hidden chat sticker issue
We are trying to implement chat into a browser based SAAS product. We have been using Zoho services since few months and were looking to upgrade it to paid services. However since past 20 days, we are unable to access any emails. Can't position Name field on contacts
I have the issue that I cannot position the first name & last names system fields on my contacts form. They are also showing "Created Time", "Modified Time" and "Last Activity Time" fields alongside them which is interfering with my contact layout. Responsive not working on imported HTML custom template
Hi all, We have build a custom responsive HTML template. When we import the template using the "Import/Upload HTML" the template is loaded correctly, but the responsive doesn´t works. We have tried the template with other email marketing tools (like MailChimp) and works great. Zoho API returns incorrect IDs from what I see on the report
I successfully created an entry in a form using the Zoho Creator Api and I got back a response with an ID of 62389000000083070 but when I look on the report page the actual ID is 62389000000083083. Interestingly enough, thinking it was just a timing issue I then queried the api and again it returns the ID as 62389000000083070. This is causing an issue for me as once the record has been added I actually want to upload the required files for that record and I need the exact ID to do it. I have included

Workflow cannot use calculated data field
Hi the problem is as follow: I have in a module a function field (Y) that calculate contract expiration day from field Z depending on field (X). Field Y output a date (Ycalculatedate=Xdate-Zdays). All works correctly in module. Now i want send mail alert when is calculated date field Y, but no way in workflow because calculated date field Y doesn't appear as control field of rule. Hi, I have made a form with 4 subforms. I have added 4 fields that calculate the total for each subform (just adding numbers from each row). Active Sync not working
We have our email hosted with Zoho but one email in particular is not properly syncing. I have active sync enabled, however after I select and read my emails on my phone, they are still showing up as unread in my Macmail and webmail. It’s really problematic because I have dealt with messages on my phone but again, they are unread on my computer. This hasn’t happened before and not with any other of our emails as far as I know. If needed, Due Date should change to maintain payment term
Often times I work on a long invoice that I don't finish the same day it was started. For example: If I start an invoice November 1st and choose "Net 30" as the payment term but actually finish the invoice November 7 and send it that same day, the client will have 7 less days to pay. I'm writing this because I hope it helps other Zoho Sites users. I kept going back and forth with Zoho Sites support and Network Solutions (NS) support bc their respective information for DNS settings aren't compatible. Rather than documenting the full thing, I just wanted to share the resolution I finally got today. When logged in to NS, go to "Manage Account" (upper right of screen), then under "My Domain Names" select, "Edit DNS." Under Manage yourdomain.com > Advanced DNS Settings, select "Edit."

I've created a couple of SMS journeys which are set to trigger when a new lead is added to a list. For some reason after a while the journey just hangs, and new additions just hang in under process. Am I missing something here? Anyone else see this? Thanks
