Display problem on Zoho Campaigns
Hi Zoho team, We are facing some issues for displaying on Gmail (desktop & mobile app) - cf. screenshot in attachment. And some emails are truncated. Have you ever faced to this issue? Is there a way to fix it? Thanks Romain

Mentions not working in Project Channel
I've noticed that mentions (e.g. @username) don't work in the channel we have setup for projects. We've got Cliq integrated with Projects and in these channels, mentions don't work. They work fine in cliq-only channels.

SalesIQ: Company logo always shows
I set my SalesIQ widget to show the logo. Then I turned it off because it looks bad. But it still shows. I've cleared cache, and tried multiple browsers. It's still there.
Sorting Numbers Problem
When sorting numbers in Zoho CRM and Zoho Sheet, it does not sort properly. It should sort numbers like this: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20. BUT it sorts it like this: 1, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 ,2, 20, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9. See screenshots of Zoho CRM and Zoho Sheet.
Cannot create an invoice (or do any Zoho Books stuff)
I upgraded from a Trial to the full version of Zoho One this morning (not sure if that matters, but I thought I would mention it). I am currently having issues with the Zoho Books integration in Zoho Desk. Whenever I click the Books link in the ticket or try to create an invoice, I get an Internal Error pop up. Has anyone else encountered this?
The second and third tiers of folders are not being displayed on the KB main article page
We have utilized all of the subfolder tiers on our KB article folder structure and placed our articles into the 3. tier (sub-sub-folder). When the user navigates into the main Knowledgebase page of a specific department then the system doesn't display the second tier (sub-folder) and the third tier (sub-sub-folder) of the folders on the page. Hello - I have been following the instructions for email authentication for Zoho Campaigns but it does not work. I can't seem to understand why as we have been authenticating a couple of the other zoho apps and they worked out fine.

Forward to a friend form broken on mobile
Currently the input fields break the layout on mobile by extending past the body border and the form width appears to be tied to the button width settings. The input fields on the form also cannot be changed to % width. Fundamentally the edit-ability of this form is completely broken and provides the end-user with a poor experience.
Images in Email Templates are not showing up
Today we did realize that images in email templates are not showing up when we use them. I've checked the template definitions and found that they also don't include the images. The images have broken image file icons in their place. This seems to be a recent issue because we were normally using the templates without any problems. We can't exactly tell when this problem started to occur. Please check out and fix this issue as fast as possible because we do depend on the templates to do our work.

Hello, In recent days i have implemented the SalesIQ Chat for support in my website and everything seemed normal until all the popups windows started to close and stopped working but only in Google Chrome Browser. I know that the SalesIQ Chat is the reason of the problem by the fact if I remove the scritp my website works normally. Hope someone can help with this.

Zoho Mobile App log-out immediately after login-in and validation code successfully validated
Hi, I have a problem with my Zoho mobile App. When i log-in with my user and password in the Zoho mobile App, it requests automatically for a new security code, the system receive it in the mobile phone and validate automatically and then immediately log-out. So, I can not log-in to my Zoho account through the Zoho mobile App. Though my laptop web access there is not issue. Appreciate any help Regards Gabriel
Chat Button missing from portal
I Enbaled the Chat feature and the "Enable float button in Help Center" is checked, but the chat window doesn't appear in the Help Center. I looked through the KB article for settings up chat, and I don't see why it isn't showing up. I am using Chrome browser. Does anyone have any ideas on this? Thanks
Getting creater app on iphone to open to a page (dashboard) instead of list of forms, reports, dahboards
In the ZOHO supplied restaurant application a pop-up appears to a user account form, if the user has completed a user account record. In addition the application then opens to a dashboard instead of the designated list of forms/reports/dashboard. I disabled all workflows and schedule trying to determine what is driving this functionality. With all the workflows and schedules turned off this functionality was STILL working, so the functionality was NOT being driven by a workflow or schedule I contacted

I am trying to connect a google sheet that I use for another purpose to my Zoho account. I want to be able to push information through Zoho to the sheet so that my customer can see the status of his orders. Dears I am writing with a secondary account because my primary account is disabled! I am completely out of my emails ! Importing contacts via Migration Wizard - Unable to add
I have just purchased Zoho Mail Lite, and am migrating my information using the migration wizard. It appears to be having an issue when it tries to import contacts and I've narrowed it down to the fact that my contacts don't all have email addresses. Those that do, have successfully migrated. Those that don't, haven't. This appears to be an error - I have a number of contacts which I only call and text, I don't always email. Can you please advise what the resolution here is? Thanks

Control Panel still ask to verify SPF Records after DNS TXT Update
Had updated the DNS record as per Zoho requirement. However Zoho control panel still has SPF records unverified error.
