HI all - my users are reporting that when they attempt to sign in as a guest, the zoho sign image for the document is blank. I have followed the link as well and it's blank. I tried from both chrome and edge. This is frustrating and started happening

I bought a domain a couple years ago and got a zoho account to go with it. Recently, I've started a blog with wordpress and transferred my domain over to make it look more professional. During the transfer, wordpress asked for my CNAME zbcode to set up my zoho mail with them. Everything I've read for the zbcode deals with initial set up with a domain, which I did when I first bought my website. Can't upload CVs from Candidates Tab
When we want to import a candidate CV from "Import from Document" a we ususally do, the import form is opened, but don't allow to search for the document to upload. At first I thought that we have no more available space, but we have. Can u help, please? Thank you Norberto

Hi there! Instagram keeps becoming disconnected. I reconnect it and it says it's successful, then I go to post and it says it's disconnected again. I have gone through this process about 5 times in the past 2 minutes. Is anybody else having this issue?
Invoices with wrong Tax
Hello I'm using an invoice template from zoho CRM to create invoices for customer. Invoice needs to show Tax however even when I state that tax is 15% zoho adds it to the total instead of realizing the total is inclusive of tax in the product details. In addition on the the item lines zoho asks again for the tax and when I add the correct % zoho is now calculating the total tax on an amount that already has tax. "stock_on_hand" field for Item is not saving on create/update via API
I have tried to create/update zoho Item via API, all fields beside "stock_on_hand" are saved/updated correctly, but "stock_on_hand" is not saving in any way. The simplest json for this can be: { "name": "Test", "stock_on_hand": 25 } or { "name": "Test", "stock_on_hand": "25" } I have tried both with string and number format for 'stock_on_hand' field. I am not getting any errors, evertying is being saved and updated, excluding exactly that field.

Filter lookup to prevent selection of previously selected values
I have a main form which stores profiles of children. A second form creates a health record for each one. I only want one health record per child. The health record's first field is a lookup to select the child it stores health information about. How do I dynamically adjust the pick list to only display the names of the children who have not yet had health records created? I assume I need a Deluge script for this and it's a bit beyond me at the moment. (Still learning!) Any hints would be appreciated!

Error message that is presented when a charge is attempted via stripe gateway of less than 50 cents.
There have been occasions with our changes that the total for the charge (due to promotions, coupon codes, etc) is less than the minimum Stripe charge of 50 cents. When this situation happens, there is no indication as to the nature of the problem. This situtation needs to be handled in Zoho Subscriptions and an appropriate message sent back to us/customer as to why the attempt failed.

Hello Some time ago we connected one of our brands (Altana) from Zsocial to ZCRM and the facebook leads of forms fall directly to zcrm without problem. When we wanted to implement it in the rest of the other brands, in one of them the information passes to us but incomplete and in others it simply does not pass to zcrm. Hi everyone, I need to download all file uploads from my Zoho Creator account because we lost our external backup with the pdfs. But the filedownloader does not let me log in to the account (incorrect passwort or username) which I double and triple checked is correct from my side. Is this a known problem? Hello All, I am just wondering how to manage to get a partial number of a whole barcode! Most of products we deal with have lot-specific barcodes, in which I can not identify a one-time only barcode, it is changeable by lot-to-lot basis.
