MX Records problem
Hello, I'm having a problem regarding the MX Records,I am using FATCOW , i followed the steps carefully, and when i click on (MX Lookup) it says there's still a record (Check the picture attached) , i deleted all the records and added the 3 zoho records as shown in the picture. Email disappeared with no trace
I received an email this morning and read it on my phone. I logged in on my laptop this morning and the email is gone. I can't find it in my Inbox, Trash, Spam nor Archive. My phone doesn't show it either. I really need to reply to this email and I have no clue why it's gone. Please help!

I have been trying to cancel my account for 2 TWO days now. I clicked on "close account" and it said to cancel organization. I deleted domain and never had zoho email. When I click the delete button for organization, all I get is this O124:Oops! Something went wrong. Try again later Any idea on how I can actually cancel the account? Outlook plugin - Search and Add Email has stopped working
Hi, I installed the Zoho CRM Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook version 6.5.0.0 a couple of weeks ago, it worked well and did exactly what I needed which was to manually save emails to the Zoho CRM and allow me to select which Lead or Deal to attach the email to. The other day the search function just stopped working. ASAP ticket description box text is white?
Hello, folks, We have set up Zoho ASAP and it works well. The only problem is that users cannot submit any description because the body color in all the themes is white. I have tried using all the themes and even customizing, but this still remains. The preview in the ASAP set up has the same problem. Please see below:

evernote import
Greetings, I have 1300 notes in evernote. When I try to import to notebook, I immediately get a successful reply which is quite impossible for 1300 notes. And of course when i check my notes, none of the evernote notes were imported. I tried this on the web app and my android with the same results. Am I doing something wrong or what? iomari
Outlook Add-in feature "Search and Add Email" shows no window to view results
When trying to link an email to a Potential from outlook, we use the function "Search and Add Email" from the outlook add-in but this window has no box showing the results, it's blank. See screenshot of the window It's not returning any results even if we are sure there are results. I removed the add-in and reinstalled it, i removed java and reinstalled it, but this doesn't resolve it
"Editing amount or date in a Uber expense is not allowed."
I recently integrated Uber with Expense and took my first ride. I tipped the driver $3.00 and the receipt that Expense correctly imported from Uber clearly shows that the total cost of the ride was $17.48. Expense is forcing the amount to be $14.48 and when I try and edit it, I get the error: Editing amount or date in a Uber expense is not allowed. This seems like a bug / missed requirement to me. Am I missing something?
ZOHO API
Does the API even work? I have tried MULTIPLE combinations of the C# api and have come to the conclusion that it does not work. Some of the commands in the ZOHO ZCRMSDK samples do not exist (Initialize for example). I have skipped trying to use the driver and am using the RestClient driver instead just to try and get a response from a self-client token, but even that returns nothing. Did ANYONE have any success with any of the API's? If so, could you provide your code? It would be greatly appreciated.
Why is pasting to Zoho sheet so buggy?
Hi, I would like to know what is required for simple pasting of data to Zoho Sheets. I am trying to copy from excel fields and HTML table from a website. I am using the latest release of Google Chrome for Windows 10. Most of my attempts are met with 100% fail (nothing is pasted). The others will paste information taken from multiple fields and instead of distributing it correctly across several fields it will past it all in one field. Mail forward to MMS gateway not getting through
I'm trying to forward email through an email-to-MMS gateway and the verification message isn't getting through. What's happening is that a mosaic pattern graphic is getting through while the email text is stripped out. Can the verification code messages be sent as just plain text instead of HTML-formatted messages? When the email address is finally added, the confirmation notification message is sent as plain text. Why not the verification message also?

Cant download new messagens POP
Hi Approximately 4 days I'm has a problem to download messages via Thunderbird. Thunderbird show the message: verifying new messages, but never download the messagens. I tried to disable pop access and enable again. When I did this change the Thunderbird download all messages in the database (approximately 8000 messages). Now I have only three messagens in zoho mail webmail, but I cant download them. How can I solve the problem? Thank you

HI You probably already know, but the Outbox isn't configured correctly. There is no option to send if there is a delay on the send out. The message just sits in Outbox forever.

Client Users can't see any Issues
I added a few Client Users to a Project and gave them full access to All Issues in Permission Settings, however, none of them can see any of the Issues in the Project. Am I missing something? I don't even see them when I go to add Followers or anywhere other than in Users.

chatbutton.click() callback not triggered when chat is started after chat window opened by trigger
I'm trying to invoke a function whenever a visitor is starting a chat with out agents. This does work using $zoho.salesiq.visitor.chat but unfortunately this only works for chats initiated by the visitor without any triggers. We are using an intelligent trigger to open the chat window, whenever a visitor decides to initiate a chat after the window has been opened by the trigger the previous function does not get invoked. As a way to get around this behaviour I figured I would use $zoho.salesiq.chatbutton.click

Hello Sir,Ma'am, 2 days ago i have changed the hosting service from godaddy to another hosting site(cpanel) so the issue is that i am not receiving any mails from others. when i login to zoho mail its showing error that MX records are not added and SPF records not verified as i have already added MX and SPF records in new hosting cpanel and it has completed 48 hours but still its not updated yet. Stuck in mail contacts tab
As of today I am stuck in the contact tabs when opening Zoho Mail in my Web Browsers (Firefox, Edge). When opening it I am immediately redirected to the contacts list. I can order it and delete items, but I cannot view/open any files and mails which are all on the leftern side bar. I canopen menu settings & options to the right.
Further Improvements to the Zoho Projects API
Under the Zoho Projects API documentation for Timelogs, there is an option to get all user time logs, but not to get time logs from a specific date range. Upon further research I learned that Zoho people's API has that functionality. It would be great to add that functionality to Zoho Projects rather than going to a completely different service to do this. Issue importing contacts
Hello. I started today to try the app in order to decide which shall we use on our little company. The first thing i tried to do, was import contacts from our CRM (very old version of vtiger crm). From our crm got a csv to import in Zoho desk. I do the complete process, and when contacts are added, the Name field shows a big number (411555000000121033) instead of the actual name. Tried 3 times. Deleting all contacts and loading a file with test contacts to try. Nothing happens. Always the same result.
Text cutoff
The app I'm working with has a text input for client email history, but the text box can only hold so much data (about 50,000 characters) before the text gets cut off; some email histories are a lot longer than that, so data ends up being lost. We've implemented a system to create a Googledoc to hold text that doesn't fit, but the system is annoying to manage and we're thinking of phasing it out. We need some way to store large amounts of text (preferably in rich text format) without it getting cut
Feeds not loading
Hi, So when I click the feeds tab or try to tag someone in a note under a module it doesn't send a notification of any kind via email or in the notification feeds tab. When any user logs in and clicks the feeds tab it just sits there loading and never responds. Thank you for the help.
No option to create a subscription payments via PayPal
Just signed up with Zoho forms, and when setting up my form and followed all instructions here: https://www.zoho.com/creator/help/forms/accept-payments-through-forms.html#Creating_a_Payment_Form I cannot see the following in my From Settings. I was able to do a single payment but no option to check for recurring payments ? Please guide me how to achive this or have you taken that option off ?
URGENT problem - Zoho Subscriptions charging cancelled subscriptions
We have a serious problem this morning with customers being charged even though their subscription has been cancelled. This is extremely concerning and we have a lot of angry customers. How has this happened and what is Zoho doing to sort the problem and ensure our customers are refunded? We will also expect a refund of our subscription charges as compensation for the time it will now take my business to deal with this problem.
