Hide "Discount" in Quote table if no discount
So in the PDF Export of Quotes, we have "Discount" on a line-item base. As we dont want to show the expression, when no discount is given, how can we hide it? In word you can set rule, depending if the output from zoho database would be 0,00, but the interpreter of zoho can't do it (actually it can't do anything...) Any Workarounds?
Ticket Search API Call - Skip 5000 - INTERNAL SERVER ERROR
I'm trying to read more than 5,000 tickets in via the API. Twilio Phone Problem with Windows 10
I have two Windows 10 computers which I can't get the Twilio phone integration to work on. The problem is the agent cannot set their phone agent status as online - (the loading circle stays there forever). Also the agent cannot play voicemails which are left as tickets. I have tried Chrome and Edge browsers and both have the same problems. I have also tried Chrome incognito mode. Contact Form Problem
We use a WIX site and want to put a ZOHO contact form on it to get leads automatically on to our CRM and use the captcha feature to get rid of spam. WIX uses an HTML frame for adding any user html. When I add the ZOHO contact form code, ZOHO forces me to give a landing page but when the contact form is executed the landing page is displayed inside the html frame instead of displaying the new page on its own. Do you have any ideas as to how to solve this. If not, is there a way to disable the move

Need to restore email account
Hi, I discovered I had a Zoho account that wasn't linked to an email address, or at least I thought it wasn't and decided to delete it. However it's also deleted my friends account which I helped her to set up a number of years ago. I think somehow my account was linked to hers? I've tried to log into her email account and ask for password reset but it gives a message that the account is inactive. What is the process for restoring the account and her emails? Thanks

Sending emails - strange account icon picture
Hello Zoho community, I am facing an issue when I send emails to some gmail users. I have been alarmed that a strange picture is appearing on my account's profile picture after they receive my email. After i got notified about this problem I tested this myself and sent emails to friends personal gmail accounts and they confirmed the strange picture. None of the recipients I have sent an test email to has ever had contact with my account at Zoho and they still received the email with a strange picture
Preview not available for txt document
I attached a plain text document to a Task in Zoho Project, then when I clicked on it later to view it I got a message saying "Preview is not available", with a note lower in the message listing the file formats for which preview is available, txt being one of them. Hello, I have a problem with polish special characters. Whichever encoding I choose, Windows+1250 or ISO-8859-1, I have problems viewing them after send or receive. Sudden drop in the number of incoming mails
Some days ago, I noticed a sudden drop in the number of incoming mails. Now, suddenly, the number of mails I get is about 90% smaller. In other words, for every 100 messages I used to get, I get 10 now.
