Unexpected Server Error
Hi, I've had emails up until 2 hours ago and now I have a message to sign in - doesn't work. Loggin on to zoho mail it says unexpected server error. I have a different zoho account which is working fine. Please help as this is my business email. Thanks
The Contacts and Accounts modules don't display the record counts on the starred views
When you switch to the starred views on the tickets module then you can also see the count of tickets in each of the starred views whereas the contacts and accounts modules don't have this feature. I think that this is a bug because the feature to display the count of records on starred views seems to be in place on the ticket module.
Unable to recieve mail from a specific ip
I am sending a mail through php to mail created by zoho mail from my website, unfortunately the mail is not recieved. The mail delivery track of my hosting provider states that the maii is sent to sales@mizzlecodes.com but it is delivered to mizzlecodes@mizzlecodes.com but such mail id does not exist and i have not used any redirection.

Zoho Reports Duplication Issue
When creating a report based on Deals and the tasks associated with them, the report will indicate ALL of the tasks including completed tasks. This is frustrating as all I want to see are the Deals that have open Tasks attached. Report Example If anyone knows how to amend this, it would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Zoho, When I am posting the request to your server from the API (Records APIs -- > Single Records APIs -- > Insert specific record) to insert the Leads I am getting Bad Request error. I don’t understand why this happened. Workflow Deluge Script not working in subforms
Hello, I've set up filters for my database for lookup fields so that users logged into the customer portal can only see records that are associated with them. I've also had to add some Deluge Script to allow for administrators logged in to be able to see all of the records. I am using Zoho CRM v2 API for developments. What is the data type that should be passed for the URL field? This function only returns one value to all records
Hi, I built this function to update a field in form with the text name of the lookup field in that same form. This works... except that for every record, it is updating the same lookup field name to all fields, instead of the correct lookup field for that record. So instead of getting the correct Single Workout Name for each record, I get the same one for ALL records. I am missing a part of the code that pulls from the same record and update that same record. I am not sure what I am missing.
Not receiving emails, but can send them
Our team is able to send emails, but we are unable to receive them. Furthermore, our attempts to send emails to the Zoho email address only results in error messages. System wide app failure
Has anybody else's app stopped working? I've had an app running fine for the last year. Now all of a sudden I get errors popup all over the place since yesterday. Still waiting on Zoho creator support team to respond. From experience it is something on their end rather than code that decided to re-write itself overnight.
Record Template editing is glitchy
I've created several PDF templates for records in Zoho Creator, and every time I do I find that the editor is always glitchy, mostly when it comes to text and background colour changes. Sometimes if I save, close and re-open what I'm working on, I can get the editor to start working so I can change font properties. This happens a lot. But, one thing that never works for me is changing a heading colour to white (I wanted to have some headings with a dark background colour and then white text).

Hello, I was trying the Source Booster functionality for Indeed, and I realize when i was clicking to "Add to Zoho recruit", no cv was imported. One of our customers is using the Windows 10 WorkDrive desktop sync. When he moves files around online, everything works perfectly. When he moves non .Zdoc, .Zsheet, or .Zslide files (e.g. .pdf, .docx, .jpg) around using the desktop sync, it works great.
