Issues with Zoho Sign API
Hi, Objectives I have a custom solution (based on a MEAN - MongoDB, Express, Angular, Node - stack) and am looking to integrate it with our Zoho CRM (and other modules). One of the aspect I'm particularly interested in is Zoho Sign as part of our validation Workflow for both: Purchase Orders and Timesheet. I would like to programmatically issue a Zoho Sign request from my custom solution and act upon completion of the Zoho Sign signing process. Progress so far I have looked at this 2 very interesting
Can not send to military emails (.mil)
A large percentage of my emails are sent to military units and personnel. I had this problem when I first started using ZOHO but then it went away. But, now it has started happening again and it's becoming a big problem. I get the same response back every time I try to send something. It seems to only be an issue with .mil emails. Please help! I have had to start using a google email for my military correspondence but I'd like to keep it all in ZOHO. ERROR_CODE :421, ERROR_CODE :Host not reachable.

Accidentally and employee deleted a very important file, how to recover from Zoho docs
So one of my employees deleted a file form zoho docs, I got an email from zoho and I immediately sent a recovery request email to abuse@zoho.com I have not received a reply. please help recover file. I also do not understand why the file did not appear in employees' or my trash can.

Campaigns connected to Campaigns
It is somewhat confusing to have CRM Campaigns and Zoho Campaigns and that they really are not well connected. First of all, Zoho Campaigns needs to be renamed. It will never be used outside of CRMPlus or One. It is not a real campaign tool in the sense of measuring a marketing campaign. It is email marketing! Mail for multiple clients (cannot connect or send)
I have multiple users (challengesales.com) That cannot send mail. Using Apple mail and Outlook cannot connect to send. Cannot reach https://mail.zoho.com In addition another client using another (custom domain) is also having issues. Help.
Sending Email from Mobile devices with Wi-Fi OFF, SMTP auth failure.
Can not send without wifi enabled, on devices using cellular connections, ie 4G. Devices on wifi work fine, tested on multiple domains and devices. Issue seems systemic with ZOHO. webhooks: ${SUBSCRIPTIONS.PLAN_CODE} inserts plan name
I'm trying to create a webhook that uses ${SUBSCRIPTIONS.PLAN_CODE} in the URL. I've inserted ${SUBSCRIPTIONS.PLAN_CODE} but it puts in the plan_name rather than the plan code. It seems very strange that this could be a bug. Is anyone else using plan_codes in webhooks?
Custom Module Data not accessed by Zoho CRM app.

I can't log in to my account.
This account is fine but I can't access my other Zoho account. Here's an account detail that having a problem. https://cl.ly/320cfee8feb7 I am the admin of the account and using zoho mail as primary email. So basically, there's no way to log in to my account. The reason is the OneAuth app, used for 2 FA authentication, keep crashing. Please help me unlock and disable the OneAuth feature. Thanks

No image zoom
I built a simple survey which allows users to select between 2 different product images. However when I preview the survey and hit the "+" buttons next to the images the image that pops up is the exact same size as the image preview. I have tried multiple images with the same result.

Moving files within Zoho Docs tab
1. To begin, is there an update coming for the Zoho Documents tab? 2. Does anyone know how to move a file from one folder to another? I haven't used Zoho Documents much because its not a great solution for a repository of information but thought i would give it a try.... i saved a file in a folder i created and now i'm trying to move that file to another folder i created but there doesn't seem to be an ability to do that. Anyone else have a similar problem or know what i'm not doing correctly?
Error WorkDrive desktop permission
The permissions applied on the web WorkDrive are not reflecting on the WorkDrive desktop. It's only working online. See attached image There are 3 test foldersFolders 3 and 5 are Read Permission Only Working The folder6 that is within folders 5 and 3 is accessible for editing and does not allow. Another point is, were we able to apply user group permission to folders and subdirectories?

I'm not able to send emails to an @address that I have always been able to (as one of my business contacts) and am given the above error code. There have been no problems in the past, and I'm simply to replying business emails sent from the exact @address that sent me the message originally. I checked the Blacklist as well to no avail as they aren't listed. Now i effectively can't communicate with this business or anyone with an @address from them. Any suggestions?
Receiving Null error while sending an e-mail in Zoho
Hi , I'm trying to send an e-mail from Zoho with my G-mail address. Everything in the parameters is correct; my g-mail is added and the e-mails I send from G-mail are linked to the client in Zoho. But when I'm trying to send an e-mail from Zoho itself; I get the "Null" error. My pasword for G-mail has been changed; I think that's the problem but I don't see where to update it ! Getting Error 412 when trying to log into Chase Bank through Zoho
When I try to add my Chase Bank account to Zoho, the login gives me a Error 412. I am able to log into my account normally through the Chase site, so the credentials are ok. Here is the message I get:

When I try to post more than one image on my Instagram Business account, I get the error message "Instagram Business Profile doesn't support multiple images."
