I can't receive emails from some domain
Good morning, I have already configured my email (domain: zharfmadrid.es) and everything is supposed to be working properly. The thing is that I can receive email from @GMAIL.COM without any problem, but I can't receive them from others like ZHARFKAREJAM.COM. Please help. Kind regards, Borja.
Customers not receiving emailed invoice
Hi, The only problem I seem to be having with Zoho Invoice is some customers are not getting emailed invoices for some reason, one is a hotmail address, not sure if that has any bearing on it? Most seem to be getting them fine, just 2 or 3 not working. Very happy with the rest of the package though. Thanks Sean
Dashboard with line chart are not loaded
Hi Zoho Mobile Team, I have created several charts in the Dashboard on the desktop website. When I go to the Zoho CRM App to check these dashboards, they are not shown. I find that if the dashboard has a line chart, then the whole dashboard will not be loaded on the mobile app, meanwhile, the dashboard is loaded correctly on the desktop website. Can you please have your team to check?

My form won't load on mobile devices but will on desktop devices...any idea why?
I have a form tht I create. It is fairly large in scope, but it loads extremely slowly (mostly not at all) on ipads or tablets, but loads perfectly fine on any desktop computer. I have tried different browsers to no avail. I have tried both connected and not connected to wifi. I've never had this issue before. Any ideas?

I've been getting a lot of comments from SPAM bots on my site's blog for the last few months or so. It seems like it's getting worst and worse. Is there a possibly of adding some anti-spam features in the future like a captcha?
tickets keep splitting into new tickets when someone replies on it
anyone know how to stop this? my tickets started splitting a week or two ago when users on the ticket reply. example (screenshot attached): #3044 is the original. Shannan and a team alias are on that ticket. Talia responds to the ticket (she's on the team alias) and the ticket splits out into a new one #3060, rather than adding to the thread of #3044. I can't seem to figure out what setting needs to be toggled to in order for all conversation to be on one ticket like it used to be. thank you in

Re: Email Unblock / Not Sending
We are having issues with one of our email accounts (ex........@og......com), when sending mails it gives an error and says that account needs to be unblocked. I have logged in online and gone to trouble shooting and there are no accounts listed in Unblock section. I have read that this could be due to many emails being sent from this address, however this is impossible, as max is 20 today. What is the issue with this?

My people can't see my feeds
Hi I am the super admin user for my CRM and I have put to share my feeds to the public (i mean to my people already) however, all of them just can't see the feeds on time. Specially there have 2 person- standard user but i realised their feeds is blank, nothing is showing. I have do all setting from FAQ but it still couldn't work. The support team just couldn't work. Retina Graphics on Mac App
first id like to say, we just started using WorkDrive yesterday and im a huge fan already. LOVE IT. the issue im seeing is that the Mac app isnt retina ready, meaning the graphics are all pixelated. its funny because one of your graphics you use in the features page shows a complaint showing that "graphics are pixelated" ... which is exactly the issue im seeing in your app :) please see attached screenshots. the graphics are pixelated and I feel like for a brand NEW app this should never happen.
API limit
My customer is on Professional Edition and is hitting the API limit of 250 req/org/day for certain API methods. 1) This is a really low limit. Can this be incremented? According to the documentation (API limits doc ), this is the maximum in any paying edition. Aren't there other options? 2) An email message is sent telling you that the max limit is exceeded. Hi all, I'm wondering if there's a way of counting the number of comma separated values in a field? My report looks like this. I would like to count the number of 'participation dates' for each person and keep a running total in the 'Number of attendances field'. The 'participation date' is a bidirectional lookup field whereby when a person is selected from a lookup in the 'participation form', the date that they participated is shown here. So Bill Smith = 0 John Day = 4 etc. Is this possible?

quarantine issue

IG Business Account Not Working
I had an upgraded account for a few months and was using my IG business account which i previously linked. My "free" time ran out and I switched to a paid subscription.
