Account Disabled
Hi, We registered sandringhamlac.com.au with Zoho in 2016 but didn't have need to use the domain. We now have a need for the email domain but the account we have documented as the superuser account is now disabled and we can't access mailadmin. The account we have on record is joespenceley@hotmail.com Can you help, either by enabling the account or confirming the admin account email address? Thanks, Joe
Problem identified with adding contacts to an event
We set up external meetings via CRM by adding related contacts to the event. When in the event you can search for via those contacts you want to invite via related contacts and identify the correct contact by clicking on the button on the left of the contact. By clicking on that button, the contact is added (or should be) added to the event. I have reported this issue twice on the chat and it remains unresolved. Help! Google migration to Zoho failed
I recently swtiched from google suite to Zoho. I went through the DNS settings per the instructions. I had one email account with google prior to switching. I am able to add new emails under the domain on zoho and they work fine. The account I had with google says user not found when I try to migrate. The account no longer works with Gmail and I cant add to Zoho due to the error when I try to migrate. So the account is stuck in limbo....

Emails not working
Hi, We recently added another domain to our organization however that specific email is not receiving anything from our main company domain. For example, abc@zoho.com (secondary email) wont receive any emails from david@pangolinphoto.com (main email) however it will receive emails from other addresses Please advise
Can't "Uncheck" checkboxes Field once they are checked once
Hi there guys, Since last week we're having issues with Checkboxes Fields on ZohoDesk since when we try to "Uncheck" them they are going back to being Checked even when the "Enabled by Default" setting is off. QQ Mail users can't recieve my email sometimes
Hi all. I am a user from China. I am using the free plan of Zoho Mail. A while ago, I sent an email to a QQ Mail user. Several days later, he told me that he didn't recieve any emails from me. In fact, while sending the email to him, I bcc my own QQ Mail and recieve the email sent from Zoho Mail successfully. So I resent that email again, then he managed to recieve it. Email formatting is different when sent out as a test email
When I am editing my email campaign, I included social widgets such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter at the bottom of my email. However, when I send the draft as a test email, I only see the Facebook social widget and the alignment for that section is messed up. How do I fix this?

Generated PDF are editable
Hi! I just noticed that the PDF generated by a Zoho Form is editable by any PDF editor, or in other words, the PDF doesn't have the security setting that prevents edits enabled. I've been checking out the PDF settings offered by Zoho Forms and it looks like this setting isn't available. Would it be possible to configure the PDF so that it's not editable? Thanks!

My Respondent Can't Edit Responses After Submit
I'm a paid user. When respondents submit their form they get "URL to edit your response" but they can't actually edit their response. The setting in email & notification section "Include a link to allow respondents to edit their responses" But they can't edit without access as form's admin, how can?! Please notice this and allow my respondents to "edit their responses" as feature name.

Removed an email without saving the emails
Hello, guys I was wondering if there was a way to recovered deleted emails. I removed one of my ex employees emails after they left but I didn't make sure to back up their emails. If I created their email again is there a way to bring back all those emails?

Creating a project From Inside CRM does not set task States
I have the CRM connected to Projects and have a template to create a project with a batch of tasks. If I create this inside PROJECTS, All is fine. Yay! If I create this same project using the New Project link from the Projects related list in the CRM, then the task states are not set correctly and the tasks do not open when you click on them. Can you have a look?

How do I change a contact picture?
