Search in new interface
Like probably many, I was forced into new interface on May 18. I use nested folders to organize my emails. In the old interface I'd do a search. Then put the cursor over the folder name - see below. And the full breadcrumbs path would popup. That feature disappeared in the new interface. It only shows the end folder, but no the full breadcrumbs path. Project Timeline Gantt only shows 3 years
When viewing current projects in the Project Timeline Gantt view, it only shows a date range of current year, plus one year before and after. (E.g. if today is in 2018, then the Project Timeline Gantt view will only show 2017, 2018 and 2019.) The problem is that any project with start or end date outside of this range (e.g. start before 1 Jan 2017 or end after 31 Dec 2019) will not be visible at all on the Project Timeline Gantt view. I have been using Zoho Recruit Enterprise Edition for years today, I decided to give Zoho One a try. It automatically entered me into a trial period which was fine but when I tried to access my Zoho Recruit, it stated that I need to go ahead and upgrade Zoho One to a paid account. So I did that and there were not charges. I tried Zoho One and it did not do what I thought it would which was actually link all of the apps together. Emails to candidates not being tracked
Anyone here experiencing problems with tracking emails sent to candidates from Zoho Recruit? It used to work until about 2 weeks ago, where most of the emails will remain in "sent" status. I had done tests as well as received responses from candidates, but the status still shows "sent" or at best "delivered". Support is not really helpful. Their last response was 2 weeks ago saying they would look into it. Am wondering if anyone here shares the same problem.

Hello, For some reason, emails that I have set to forward from my GMail account' rules to my Zoho address are delivered directly to my Zoho Trash folder. Mail is requiring cell phone verification, but I have multiple accounts
I'm starting a new business, and am working on setting up email. The problem I'm facing is that in order to even begin, Zoho Mail is requiring that I verify the account by receiving a code to my cell phone it appears. Unfortunately, when I put in my cell phone, it says that is already in use. This is a big problem, as I'd like to use the service to assist many other clients and set up their emails initially. Unable to make the banner image re-size to fit into it's container

In the ZC3 version we are currently using we can have subforms in the form columns, however now I am working on migration to ZC5 and seems we are no longer able to have the subforms in colums, but rather have to span across the entire form. Am I missing something, or is this a new limitation?

Hello, I'm trying to verify the DKIM, but it keeps failing. On MXToolbox I see DMARC and MX errors. The DMARC error is "DNS Record not found" and the MX error is "No DMARC record found". Hello, I've noticed a bug on the merge tag FNAME. I've always used the merge tag like this $[FNAME]$ if i wanted the space to be blank when there was no name on the subscriber. But since this week i've sended that way and the subscribers with no first name apeared "Costumer", and i used the merge tag like this $[FNAME]$ and not like this $[FNAME|Customer|Guest]$; Whats wrong? do i need to use the merge tag this way $[FNAME||]$ from now one? with the empty spaces.
