MS Word crashes when trying to mail merge with Creator Plugin
Hi, I've installed Zoho Creator MS Word Plug-in, defined a simple form (just one text field) and I've been trying to do a mail merge. I can sign-in with the plugin, define the template but once I click 'Start Merge' the MS Word crashes. Any idea what can be wrong? Thanks, Jakub

Flow not saving changes in editor
Im creating a workflow between calendar and google sheets, and I have a Decision that branches into more than 30 conditions, but after creating some conditions and trying to save, it says(translation) that "changes can't be saved". I am the trial version, i want to know is the - not saving issue - can be due to the trial version or some other thing, I can pay the standard plan easily, but if the problem is something else, I wouldn't even pay for the the standard plan This happens in safari and chrome
Create Zoho Account But Error During Verification
I created a zoho account using a XXX phone number. In verification step I could not receive the code in cell phone. I changed the phone number to a already used number in another zoho account. Now, I can not login with the XXX phone number to get a new verification code, and if I do login with the phone number of the other account it does not work for this new account, only the older. I send an email to zoho support, and I dont know what I can do now. Help!

Adding sub-section results in "Unable to process your request" message
I'm trying to add a Security sub-section to my KB, but it results in a "Unable to process your request" message popping up. If I edit an article, and try to create the sub-section that way, it reports that "This name is taken" I have a feeling I created it quite some time ago and deleted it, but can't find it in recycle bin to recover. subform writing to another form
I am creating an inventory system for a lending library of recording equipment. It starts with a parent form for selecting the user borrowing equipment, and in a subform a lookup field pulls the item number from the equipment inventory form. I'm trying to update the availability of each item loaned in the inventory on_success of the parent form. I can get the first item selected in the subform to update to the inventory form, but not the second, third, etc. Below is my workflow that is not working.
All candidates view
Hello It's been a while since I have this issue with the "all candidates" view, where there is no filter or criterias. So logically, all my candidates should appear there. However I noticed that's not the case, some of them are not appearing in the list (and I can find them back with the search bar), and at this moment with this view, I only have 32 candidates appearing (instead of the thousands one that are in my ATS). Zoho Sheet bug on very basic formatting !
A new very annoying bug has been introduced on Zoho Sheet a couple of days ago (beginning of February). Zoho is now UNUSABLE for most sheets. A text cell with characters exceeding his length, in ANY kind of spreasheet, has to cover the left side cell IF it's empty. Amazingly, if you go to that cell and press DEL to be sure it is empty, the formatting works again... BUT if you close and reopen the sheet, or you import a new one, all the empty / emptied cells are back "non trasparent". Hope you fix

Wrong set of related lists on every page
I experiencing a bug. When I look at an Account page, left panel shows wrong set of related list. The visible set of related list corresponds to Contact. The same bug is on all other module pages - only related list of standard fields are visible, no related lists of custom Lookup fields. I tried to configured related list - but "Organize Account Details" dialog shows that none related list is unselected, and Selected Lists list box shows the same wrong set of related list. CRM Lead blocks not working
Hello, Currently when I use a 'Fetch Lead' or 'Create/Update Lead' block, and select a connection with full scope permissions, I get an error message saying: "Zoho CRM says : the module name given seems to be invalid". As far as I can tell, the other blocks seem to work fine, but not the ones for Leads. Please fix ASAP.

He quitado el permiso de eliminar en el perfil que tienen asignado estos usuarios. Can't get MX records to re-sync & receive emails after accidentally changing from Manual DNS Zone to Nameservers
Good day, I've been having trouble for a few days getting the MX records to sync back so I can receive mail - I had to switch my DNS for my shopmadeLC.com website (2/10) and in the process went from a manual DNS setup to using nameservers, which obviously threw off mail connection to Zoho. I switched off the nameservers (2/15) back to the manual DNS setup and re-entered the MX records & SPF/Domain Keys, but had to de-activate/take off the domain name then re-add it back and go through the setup thinking

Automatic updates of lookup column data between tables
Hi, I'm having some trouble with Reports. I have 2 tables, one with seller names and information about each seller ("Seller Table") and a second table that tracks sales ("Sales Table"). The two tables are linked together through a lookup column, with the Sales Table "looking up" the seller's name for each sale from the Seller Table. Role permissions - deleting records in forms
I have a role with deletion privileges on certain forms, yet I cannot delete massively ALL THE TIME. That is, sometimes I get the option, and sometimes I don't. At this very second, I can only delete one by one. And no, the site administrator hasn't been modifying my access privileges randomly, if that is a considered answer.
Wordpress contact form mail not working
Hi, Wordpress forms are not able to send emails. We tried with WP SMTP plugin however it also doesn't work (gets timed out on test) We have changed the mail delivery to Remote Mail exchanger but still doesn't work. Finally we installed zoho wordpress mail plugin. This seems to be working. However there are two issues: 1. Its adding line breaks <br> as html in the emails received 2. Two emails are being received. One with form data and another blank email. Please check the attached screenshots. What

Can't access email
the dash board says that I need to set mx records, but I've double checked and the mx records correctly direct to the zoho servers in cpanel with my hosting provider. I don't know what else might be the problem. I haven't had email for 4 days now.

CSS not loading in heat map view
I ran into a problem with two different websites where when I view the heat map experiment, the CSS for the page is not loaded under the heat map overlay. When going to the page directly, everything looks fine. The page also looks right on the Experiments page where a screenshot is used as the thumbnail... The sites are both WordPress websites. I've tried both the regular snippet and async. I'm hoping this has been seen before and there's a solution. Thanks!

Folder missing in app
Yesterday, via the Web interface I created a new folder to put some of my email into and moved about 8 emails into it. When I open the Zoho Mail App on my iPhone 8 and look at the folder tree, the folder is not there. All my other folders are there but not that one. Built in Mail app for iOS devices showing "Unread" for Active Sync servers.
Since the last iOS update all my Active Sync Zoho mail accounts are showing every e-mail as unread even when it's been read in Webmail and desktop mail apps (running IMAP) I've tried adding Active Sync to the desktop instead but it rejects being added to Apple Mail. It's only bee happening for the last couple of weeks but happens on my iPhone X and two iPad Pros.

I tried to send an e-mail, but I have no clue if it went through. I just made an accounr to sync my notes, but in doing so, about 80% of my notes are now missing. They aren’t in my trash or anything. I’m in a bit of a panic. How can I get them back?
