Some emails from my inbox are gone
Dear team Hope you're doing well. I opened my mail this morning and I noticed that my inbox only contains emails until Nov 16th 2017. Not sure what happened from Nov 17th 2017 to date. Some friends have sent test emails and I'm receiving right now. Sent emails are ok, however inbox is affected. Also happening in my mobile, no access to emails in inbox on previous mentioned period of time. Thanks for your help.
Mail merge does not work in footer
I am merging a document from Zoho CRM to Docs. It works perfectly except the merge fields do not work in the footer. Is this a bug or is there something that I need to do for the merge fields to work in the footer?
FLAW: Receiving Serialized Stock in zInventory and invoicing it in zBooks
There's a BIG issue with the whole serialized stock process. Warehouse staff receives inventory for serialized stock in zoho inventory BUT they are not forced to enter serial numbers. In fact they can't even enter serial numbers when receiving the purchase order. When invoicing serialized stock, a serial number "MUST BE SELECTED" otherwise an invoice can't be created. Bi-Directional Multi-Select lookup to Sub-form bug!
Hi, I was trying to set-up a multi-select bi-directional lookup field for a sub-form, everything worked as expected until I tried to access the main form. I got the error "Form not available, please contact support". I had placed some script in the multi-select "On User Input". I have since reverted to using a drop-down instead... Both the Mac app and browser Cliq wont display Contacts, channels, Direct Messages etc. User attempted to reload, sign out and back in, close and reopen. None worked. User is listed as active in User List.

Problems migrating from Evernote to Notebook and Safari Web Clipper
I really want to love Zoho Notebook, but I am running into problems right and left. Hoping to get some help here. Most severe problems ( These make Notebook unusable for me). A large percentage of my notes are web clippings, when I migrated from Evernote the URL's were lost. There is no links to the pages they were clipped from. Safari Web Clipper is not working for me. filters and sort views
in the mobile app, when choosing a filter or a sorting method, the app will always resort back to some default filter or sorting view after leaving and returning. is there any way to keep my preference of sorting / filters for each type of screen? in projects/tasks id always like to sort by task list. on the home screen, in my tasks, id prefer the filter to default to "Today". im sure others have different preferences which makes even more sense for the app to "store" our view settings in each area

BE CAREFUL: Blueprints can damage all CRM database
As many people testing the Blueprints, we have learn by experience that after created a Blueprint any record that gets into it's transitions is gonna keep that version until it gets out of the whole Blueprint. Any person testing must be aware of it. It's complicate until it happens. We did a Blueprint to run on all Contacts. Now we have hundreds or thousands of records into it. Delete the Blueprint is impossible until all records get out which can be impossible. All videos and help sites about Blueprints
Digital Fax emails not coming into Zoho Desk
We recently set up an account to receive faxes via email with freepbx.pbx. When faxes come in as a pdf attachment to our email address and is forwarded to our zoho desk account - nothing shows up. We even tried sending directly to zohodesk.com address and it was not received. Please advise.

Custom Fields from Zoho Desk
First of all thanks so much for creating this application and making it part of Zoho One! I no longer need Zapier! That said, I cannot figure out how to map a field called "urgency" from my 123FormBuilder connector to the same field in Zoho Desk called "Urgency". The permissions are set to "VIsible" on the portal so I know end users can see and update the field. Am I missing something? Thanks

Selecting Search results no longer opens new Tab
As the title says, when selecting a search result from the drop-down options no longer opens a new tab. I was talking with somebody in Zoho Chat this morning and apparently this is a change Zoho made. They said they would notify their developers. I'm very disappointed in this change, and so are all the users at my company. Being able to stay on your current tab and open a new tab is a very good and productive option. I don't see why they would take this away; at least give us the option to choose
My emails are being blacklisted by some of my clients email providers
I recently lost out a MAJOR opportunity because the potential was not receiving my emails. They thought I was unresponsive and flaky. As it turns out some of my clients and potential clients email servers are not allowing email from my Zoho email (domain @backofficebetties). This has occurred ever since we moved from Office365 to Zoho in 2016. I let it slide up until now. Problem: Want to HIDE a Custom Field that is no longer needed on PDF transactions... Books won't let me
So I have a custom ITEM field which we displayed on templates. We no longer want to show the custom field on templates but have it available HOWEVER when I try to change it to "Do not show on PDF transactions" it says Almost there, but... Transactions have been created with the custom field. Hence it cannot be deleted. I am not deleting the custom field... I just want to NOT SHOW on PDF Transactions. Another issue... how am I supposed to know what transactions have the custom fields if it does not

Zoho CRM reports consistent naming conventions
We are using Zoho CRM Plus, which has built-in integration and data sync between Zoho CRM and Zoho Reports. Getting into building some Query table and quickly got frustrated with the inconsistent naming conventions of fields between tables. For example, the field "AccountID" in the Accounts table is listed as "Account ID" (see the space?) in the Contacts table. When writing queries it is cumbersome to have to remember these slight variations.

Cannot Access Superadministrator account [removed google oauth credentials]
Created a zoho mail account for a friend but accidentally used my google oauth to create the account and log in. I didn't want my name or google account attached, so once I logged in I made my friend the superadministrator with the email address that I just created for him on zoho and removed my own google credentials from the profile. The problem is Zoho never asked me to create a new password for my friend so essentially he has a superadministrator account that no one can log into since I removed
