TLS Handshake causing login problems?
Good morning, I am the admin for my library's email accounts. I was able to login this morning with no problem but none of the other users in my organization were. In the lower left hand corner it says performing a TLS handshake with zoho.com and then it times out. It gives me the same message when I try to log out of my account or when I try to go to the Help link. What do I need to do to fix this? Thanks! Chris Hamburg

Always Tax Inclusive
Why cant you consider ALWAYS TAX INCLUSIVE addition to the existing options.. Since we are doing GST invoices, It is compulsory to keep TAX Inclusive in each invoice. Now we have to update the same to tax inclusive or check and confirm the same. In the retail Invoice there is no option to select the same. so we are suppose to alter the invoice after saving/posting. Kindly help us to solve the issue.

Issues with sending/receiving mails
Hi We created arzooo.com domain ids on zoho. We have set up DKIM, SPF etc all relevant settings. But whenever anyone sending a mail on any of the domain ids, it shows this mail id is not found. Mails are bouncing. Also, our mails are not going to any external ids. Pls help us resolve this ASAP.
Unable to select external contacts in attendee list

Please fix the font size or aesthetics for Zoho calendar!
I have a personal Zoho email account, but it seems that the font size in the Zoho calendar on the web is too small and not the same as the rest of the email account. I've looked in settings, but I didn't find a font option that specifically effects the calendar. The calendar events look awful and are a bit hard for me to see (especially with night mode on)! I can of course zoom-in by my browser, but this aesthetic issue needs fixing. I don't believe the problem is with my browser or computer. Please,

Syncing Outlook Calendar to Zoho calendar 2016
I am trying to sync my outlook calendar to my Zoho calendar. I downloaded the 64 bit zoho mail plugin, but it will not accept my outlook login credentials. For "email id" I am using my email address. Is this a problem with my outlook account being through my company and their security protocols are preventing it?

The link I can use to verify the path is correct from the set up page is working and it's showing the verification code. Enable Notifications Button Not Working
Hello, I noticed that I stopped receiving notifications from the Zoho app on my iPhone. I double checked that notifications were still turned on in my phone settings, and they were. I went into the Zoho Mail app settings, and the Enable Notifications button is now turned off. When I try to turn the button back on, it moves back to the off position and I get the message "Darn! Mails not in chronological order
I just added an email account to ZOHO-Mail. It has been updating my inbox and now, I think, it is done. However the emails are not listed in chronological order. Mails from 2015 are followed up by mails from 2017 and 2016. It is a mess! What can be done?
