Social Tab changes owner of Lead/Contact and overwrites other fields
Hi We have recently noticed that when we already have a Lead with all of its info inside Zoho CRM and that lead communicates with us through Facebook and we Associate its Facebook Profile with its Lead ID in Zoho a couple Fields get overwritten: For example: Lead OWNER gets changed to the User making the Association Lead SOURCE gets changed to Facebook, even though there was Another Lead Source previously selected. There is NO WAY to deselect/remove these fields prior Associating within Social Tab.

Account with own domain, IMAP vs IMAPPRO
I have own domain and I use it for this ZOHO mail plan. I use eM Client (and Thunderbird) email plan in my PC. My settings incoming server are imappro.zoho.com (port 993). Emails coming in eM Client and Thunderbird only when I restart program. If I change incominserver imap.zoho.com (port 993) then everything are ok. Why so? What is different imappro vs imap?
Zoho CRM Checkbox show badly designed on Chrome
We use Chrome and the Checkbox when selected show very badly. Little points show up instead the whole Checkbox. Attached it goes the image showing the issue. Maybe a little padding in the CSS for all checkbox? Guys from Zoho web design? Can you see it?

Zoho Mail Bug: Everything after & in the filename of the attachment gets cut off
This happens only when attaching file from Zoho Docs and not if the file is attached from desktop. This also does not happen in Outlook. Eg: Filename_&_ending.txt will be Filename_ Filename & ending.txt will be Filename Regards, Glenn

Zoho Calendar API Authorization URL error
Hi, I am facing some problems in setting up the Zoho Calendar API (https://www.zoho.com/calendar/api/) I am registering the application in my account then calling the authorization URL from my browser to get the Authorization code. But it's showing error at the end point as "token doesn't exist". Not sure where it's occuring from. I am receiving the above error when I attempt to send mail. My admin panel shows the account as now blocked from November 13, 2017 till "infinite" the type as "outgoing" and the description as "unknown". When I attempt to follow the instructions for troubleshooting/unblocking, I receive an error message which states "Sorry , we are unable to process your request, please contact support@zohomail.com" However, because outgoing mail is blocked, I cannot send email to the support address. Please advise.

Hi, I created a new account in ManageEngine service desk on demand. Now when user tries to login, it gives the following error. Caution in Zoho Sheet View - you will lose data changing the column format!
I'm pretty sure I discovered that when you pull down a view in Zoho Sheet View, and change a column from numbers to currency, then save it, Zoho gets confused and wipes all the data out. Therefore, unless Zoho fixes that, be careful to never change the format of a column in the Sheet View prior to saving the view. Drew.
Item Group Description field does not propagate
The 'Description' field for a single item shows up on estimates, sales orders and invoices like it should, but the description field for Item Groups does not. I can't come up with a good reason for why this, so I assume it's a bug. Please fix, or explain the rationale that I'm missing. Thanks, // Anders

Hi , I have hosted my domain with a CPanel hosting and pointed what are needed to zoho for email exchanges. MX records are pointed properly and even the SPF and DKIM are configured correctly . We had a user called admin@gochotu.com, I tried to rename it to admins@gochotu.com but I got a message "User already exists in your org". Then I deleted admin@gochotu.com and tried to create admins@gochotu.com but I still get "User already exists in your org". Please help. Thanks, Bilal Ahmed

Folders Missing from Sync Preferences
Greetings, I'm using Zoho Docs for Linux 1.8.12. In the preferences dialog under Choose Folders, there are a number of sub-folders missing. The folders were there previously (I used Sync to upload the folders and files to Zoho Docs), and are visible in the web client. But now they're missing from the preferences dialog. I suspect a config issue, but I don't know enough about Sync to go mucking about in the config files (they're .dat files anyway, so...). On a side note, there is an awful lot of data

Can't move emails to subfolders
When I create a subfolder within mail.zoho.com it shows up in my apple mail. When I move an email to that subfolder, it's not showing up in the online version of mail. Only in the subfolder on apple mail. Then it creates a new folder ex. One Two then it creates a top level folder that looks like this. One.Two --- I then get an error on Mail, when I click on the subfolder that says, "The operation couldn’t be completed. (MCMailErrorDomain error 1030.)" "The name “One.Two” can’t be used.

SMTP Access Denied
Hello, I have SMTP enabled for my mail accounts, but the connection from another client is refused almost every time, but I am entering the correct credentials (as they are the same when the connection is accepted). I couldn't find any errors in the admin panel, and it is not the client, as I have tried multiple clients with the same problem. Only once was it able to connect, with the exact same credentials as when it was refused.

I am unable to send email from zoho mobile app, every time it pops a message "can't connect to server". Kindly provide resolution asap as using zoho mail is becoming a pain these days.

Firefox now opens mail in "Unread Messages" folder
With an upgrade to Firefox 57.0.3 on Windows 7, my Zoho mail opens in the "Unread Messages" folder...which includes all unread messages in every folder. It used to open in the Inbox. I find no settings to change this. This is extremely annoying. How do I fix this?
