I have a ticket assigned to an agent, but another agent closes the ticket, how can I know who is the agent that closed the ticket, because in the interface is still showing the agent who had it assigned? Regards Orlando
Difficulty doing sync with Google calendar
I select the Settings > Sync > Google Calendar option, and it pops up a window as if it going to do something. The window displays GOOGLE CALENDAR at the top left, but just shows the active bars at the bottom continuously and doesn't stop to give me an option to put in my user name, etc. Any suggestions on how long this should take (waited 1/2 hr) and still going (and I don't have a super slow computer). Did this multiple times. Any reason that this may not be working?

Deduplication not working effectively
I'm finding deduplication is only successful on the website version of Zoho CRM. When our consultants are entering leads or clients via the mobile apps or the Outlook plugin they are not prompted that the company they are entering is an existing contact in the CRM. Pictures/screenshot - not readable
I wanted to immigrate from Evernote, but after trying to add pictures to Notebook I am not convinced. None of the pictures with text are readable!! Even if I do take a screenshot with the Zoho clipper I can't read the text in the picture. There is no way to make it larger or expand it. Notecard made yesterday with internet connection has disappeared
Hi, I made a notecard yesterday in which I added quite a large amount of notes. I could see it this afternoon as well and started to make changes to it, but the new changes could apparently not be saved because my laptop was not connected to the internet. So I waited until it was connected, and tried to edit the note again but it wouldn't work. So I refreshed the page, and now the entire note is gone! Can't view comments in Docs IOS App
In the Zoho Docs IOS App I am this week not able to see comments that I have made against a Doc on my IOS mobile devices. It was working ok last week. However if I make a comment on the IOS App I can see it on my PC. What's going on? Please help asap as I use this App all the time!
Contact not associated when creating an event
Hello, When I create a new event from within a task using the right panel, the task's contact is not automatically associated to the event and I have to select the contact again in the event popup. When I add a new call or a new task it works fine and the contact is associated whith the new recored, but not when adding an event. Did anybody have the same issue and found a work-around ? Mail Storage Cleared but Still Blocked (!!)
Hello, Our user's ( busra@eyuboglubuyukatak.av.tr ) mail account has been blocked by system due to storage usage. We cleared 25 % of the storage but system still doesn't allow us to send/receive e-mails. It is very important for us so please help us as soon as possible.
HTML page doesn't show new line on textarea on content coming from multline fields
I get this code on a HTML page: <textarea readonly="readonly" rows="10" cols="100"><%=form.multiline%></textarea>But it doesn't show line breaks from multiline field content. I already tried to do a replaceAll("\\n", "<br>"), replaceAll("\\n", "\r\n") or replaceAll("\\n", " "), none of them work.
don't seem to be recieving all of my emails.
I do get some but some don't show up. I am pretty sure about this because all of my emails get copied/forwarded to my other email and I get some in there but they don't show up here. not sure what is going on, I am pretty sure my MX records are right but I am nowhere near an expert in all of this stuff.

Zoho docs app crashes on iOS (iPhone)
I’ve tried to go on to Zoho Docs App on my iPhone and it keeps crashing. I’ve even restarted my phone and it still crashes. Also, I cannot attach files from Zoho Docs when emailing from the CRM Mobile App. Please fix this ASAP!
Cannot enable IMAP
When I enable IMAP for my account it says saved. After refreshing, or leaving and returning to the settings page the IMAP setting shows disabled. It seems to just switch back to disabled no matter what I do.
emails getting kicked back
Someone needs to resolve my issue: emails keep getting kicked back. I've sent three emails to customer service. No response. I've attempted to make several posts here, none of them are being posted. What is going on? The recipients have valid email addresses. I have emailed them from my zoho account numerous times, this week even. So what is the problem? I keep getting host not reachable emails.

Repeat Emails
