5.2.3 MailPolicy violation Error delivering to mailboxes
When anyone @spmc.com emails me (or my IT guy, who is also on your mail system), it bounces back to them with the above error. I have this domain on my domain's whitelist, but still it bounces back. What can be done to permanently fix this issue? Thanks!
Bug: Custom CSS file is empty if not logged in
Hi folks, It seems that on my wiki, the custom CSS file only gets served properly when a user is logged in. If the user is not logged in, the server serves the file, but it is empty. I attach a couple of screenshots of Firefox network diagnostics for the logged-in and NOT logged in cases. The file in question is zoho-gw-01.css, and you can see the problem with file size. Intermittent Math Errors
I have a simple app which works perfectly over and over, then, randomly, it makes a math error. I'm talking about simple addition and subtraction. Maybe it is a processing time issue. Perhaps the next entry is happening while the last one is still processing? Regardless, it makes our scorecards unreliable in the eyes of the users. Help would be appreciated... Zoho Writer hanging when trying to open any file
Hello, I am able to click on the Writer application from my dash and launchpad on my Mac and see all of my files names, but when I click on any individual file inside the application to open it, nothing happens. I have tried restarting my Mac, and that did not fix the problem. I also don't see any needed updates. This started last night and I am still having the problem now. I would like to propose a change to the incorrect descriptions of some of the features of Zoho People. There is a lot of confusion regarding the following terms: 1. Weightage - this would appear to be just the wrong word. It should be Weighting. 2. Domain - in the modern world this means the web domain. This should surely be Category. 3. Designation - Again this is the wrong word. It should be Position. It will be interesting if anyone at Zoho will grasp the nettle here and try to correct these

URGENT - Zoho ID seems to have a 1 appended to the end of some users
Hi there I have an issue where by a database that is more than 2 years old has suddenly started acting strangely. Specifically, some "Active Users" ID's seemed to have changed. For example, i have one user who's id is zoho_bear in our system, but in the active users section under Manage Users, it now says zoho_bear1 There are a number of users this has affected, but not all of them. Hi, I cannot add accounts to my iphone. i tried adding a new account, and i get: Cannot Get Mail The mail server "imap.zoho.com" is not responding. Verify that you have entered the correct account info in Mail settings. I've tried every setting, and I keep getting a "Company Name" is currently unavailable I'm not sure if this is related to Apple's last os update or not. The account is fine, we were able to add it through your app, but not to Apple mail. Thanks

Cannot receive mail (New Account)
I have a new account. The domain sacpapc.com has been added and verified. The mx records have been changed with Network Solution as specified in the instructions to zoho.com. This was all done about six hours ago yet I still cannot receive emails to any of the accounts. During the process of changing the mx record, I did have to change the dns to point towards Network Solutions. But when it was done I changed the DNS back to point towards our page host, ns1.getnetset.com. Ive done both a mx
API throws error when passing (&) ampersand and (%) percent via XML
I have the same problem as described in the title and in this related discussion. The above referenced discussion seems to have been moved offline. I was wondering what the resolution was? In short, I am trying to pass (via XML) to the API a URL containing query parameters using the ampersand. The API then throws a 2830 error. URL field - Link Name
I have multiple records with an entry for field type URL for which the Link Name needs to be updated. I switched to Show as Spreadsheet, so that I can quickly change each entry without having to edit each one individually. Using google chrome. Right click on field, option comes up to replace the value, enter text to replace the existing string ... but it fails to update: Just do double check I go back to Show as List, and the link name remains as it was before: How can I update multiple Link Names

Hello Zoho, I just discovered that I am not receiving any emails, but able to send emails. Here are things to note: I use to able to receive emails for a very long time with zoho. I have not changed any of the settings, that would cause this problem. Everything is setup correctly. The image below all had green ticks for a very long time when I set it up, now there is caution signs? When I am on mxtoolbox it shows everything is set up properly.

When using the searchRecords method in the CRM API and using the Zoho Generated field (ModuleName Name) the api returns "API call cannot be completed as the Criteria parameter contains empty field name".
