Dear Zoo Creator Support team, for our "werksviertel" Zoo Creator App we need public sharing of forms with the "Make public to all visitors over the web" feature. We use this feature already on several Zoo Creator applications and also within the "werksviertel" App, but this "Make public to all visitors over the web" feature is not available anymore. Password Issue: account retrival needed
Today my email session expired and once upon re-login the password I typed wouldn't get recognized. I'm pretty sure what I've inserted during the sign-up process to be right, but still I can't get to enter. Moreover, after complete registration I didn't have the time to check if everything was properly settled and I think I've erroneously typed the contact mail off. Half Day Leave bar display not consistent... sometimes AM, sometimes PM... It would be better to allow user to select either: Full Day Half Day (AM Only) Half Day (PM Only) Instead of just Half Day or Full Day. As the approver also need to know whether is morning (AM) or afternoon (PM) Half Day.
can't update phone number of a vendor through API, Bug in zoho vendor.update api
Can not update phone number of a vendor without updating email address. If I only update phone number of a vendor through API, it returns a message saying "Email already used for some contact person /contact". Hence I cannot update the phone number alone. But I update phone number and email address, then both get updated successfully.
Problem in receing mails sent from gmail account
My domain name is janelaaj.clinic. I'm using zoho as email service provider. My problem is when I trying to send email from gmail account to my zoho email ID(admin@janelaaj.clinic) it bounce back with failure message but its working for other accounts (like outlook,etc). Zoho Calendar to Outlook 2010 Calendar Sync Issue
Hi, A few of our sales engineers are having issues syncing their Zoho calendars to Outlook 2010 calendars. The issue started recently. I verified their settings of the Outlook plug-in, and the "Added to Zoho" category is properly checked. When they click "Sync Calendar," the Events Synchronization pop-up window appears but the Add, Update, Delete quantities are zero. I've checked everything I can on my end. API Products Load time
Hi, We currently use Excel to load products with some vba code but the loading time appears to vary quite wildly. We only have around 1,000 products and it has previously only taken 1-2 seconds but recently this is taking much longer. Can you please confirm if this is a problem or restriction with Zoho or if this is due to the fluctuation in connection speed? Invited user cannot join
In Zoho books, I invited another admin user. The link went to their email. When the link is clicked on, it goes to the sign in page. However, the user doesn't have a password to login with. Trying to use the sign up for an account link brings up the response, "that email address already has an account." Using Forgot Password, it brings a response "user is inactive." However, the user is not marked as inactive.
Firefox browser extension uses lots of CPU
Hi. I'm testing out Zoho Vault for our company's password storage requirements. I've noticed that the Firefox plugin is quite CPU intensive. Having a number of tabs open and having the Vault plugin active uses significant amount of CPU. It seems the more tabs that are open, the more CPU the plugin continuously uses. I've tested this with FF 53 and FF 54 on Linux and also on FF on Mac. See the attached screenshot. The Chrome plugin doesn't seem to have this issue.
Can Send Emails But I am not Receiving emails in Zoho Account

hello, i am using my zoho account smtp information to send emails through the website, it works fines sometimes and sometimes it doesn't work at all , it stays for like 2 hours not sending anything , till now all the emails that could be sent throught it doesn't exceed 80 emails max but this is a real-estate rental website so it can get more messages, so is this a limit that i could change, or is this something related to my server, i am using digitalocean Best Regards, Mayada

Android, location (GeoTag) problem
We are trying to connect “contacts” to an exact geo address/location. But the Thing is that when we copy the “plus code” addresses from Google Maps into the street address in the CRM, and then search for the contact location, it doesn’t locate it. This happens because it doesn’t recognize it, and we believe this is happening because the Zoho CRM app (in Android) changes the format. For example; it will change it from “7HQQ8FXF+CV” to “7HQQ8FXF CV,” and this is not recognized when searched by Google;

Can't get my email domain to be verified with ehost
I've tried every version possible to verify my domain and nothing appears to work. I have my domain with ehost and use the webbuilder, not the cpanel. when i've placed the information for both CNAME & TXT nothing works and for some reason sometimes doesn't save. Is there anything way I can have this verified?

Hi there, We are trying to create a custom field for integrating our Portal to Gitlab. We created a custom field for the project ID in Gitlab. However, when editing the custom function, this "custom field" does not appear as an option for assigning it as a "Parameter Value" to a "Parameter Name" in the function's arguments. Interestingly, it appears when editing the Append bug parameters in webhooks. Is it a bug? Do we need to do something else to have appeared the custom field in the custom function
not seeing events from one user
We have 7 users. We all share our calendars with each other. I do not see one user's calendar on my calendar. I am subscribed in settings. The box is checked to view the calendar. We have removed and added the sharing. We have our calendars shared to our group, to which I belong and see everyone else's calendars. We have even tried adding a share specifically for me. The address that I'm subscribed to for this user has the exact same Calendar ID under the "other > calendars > details" as other
