Zoho Show Does Not Allow Text Input Using IMEs on Windows
I am trying to create a set of slides for presentation on Zoho Show on my Windows 10 PC. Since most of the text in it is going to be Japanese, I am using Japanese IMEs (one by Google and one by Microsoft). Either way, I cannot input Japanese text. I've tried multiple browsers, but I get the same issue on Google Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge. I've used Zoho Show for many years, and I think this is my first time to see an issue like this. There's no such problem with Zoho Writer, by the way.

Hi, I am having trouble with internal mailing lists. I know of several internal emails to internal mailing lists that are not reaching the groups. ZOHO Campaigns Emails
Hello, As of Tuesday of this week none of my campaign previews are getting to my outlook inbox. When it asks you to send a "test campaign" I type in my proper email and it always shows up in my outlook email inbox moments later. This week it is not working at all. Nothing is showing up in my inbox. I have tried several times each day. This has never been a problem for me before. Please assist. Kate

my mail disappeared after i tried to do something to store it. i ticked all items of mail and then clicked on the archive folder hoping i could store them there, but they all just disappeared instead.

Gmail Integration App not working.
Suddenly the Zoho Gmail Integration App is not working in Chrome browser. It worked fine until the last day or so. It works ok in Internet Explorer but most of our people don't work in IE so this is a problem. We're getting the "Unsupported feature: [com.google.gadgets.analytics]" message. Are there any updates on this? We would like this fixed asap. Thanks

Import of Data into Creator only seems to work for Administrator???
Is it possible for more than the Administrator to import data on a particular Form or Report in Zoho Creator? It seems that only the Administrator of the App is able to import data into the the App. Is there a way to allow other users to do the same? by Form or Report?
Error when trying to configure domain for email
Hi, I just created this new account for managing my domain with Zoho but when trying to configure it for email I get the error "* This domain is already associated with this account "w*****r@p*****".". I know that a colleague started the configuration for me few months ago but never finished and I don't have access to the e-mail and/or account used for that. I own this domain (priscillamartinsdesign.com.br) and would like to manage it with Zoho, please advise how can I fix that. Thanks, Priscilla
Sendmail not working today?
Anyone having trouble with sendmail today? Our app hasn't changed at all and the long established script does everything else it usually does except actually sending an email. Suddenly noticed this problem today. Nothing in the error logs indicating a problem? Many thanks.

I am able to send emails out, but not receive emails (checked thru OS X Mail IMAP and thru the mail.zoho.com web interface). No bounce backs have occurred yet.

Error when importing deals
Hi, am new to Zoho and in the middle of trying it out. I am trying to import deals from a xlsx file (tried csv as well with same results) and everything works fine except for the Amount field. For no reason that I can understand in some rows the Amount field is not populated even if the value is there in the xlsx file. In fact, out of 400 rows only a few dozen import correctly while in the rest it is blank. what am I doing wrong? I checked for weird characters and all seems to be ok. I tried to

Zoho connect iOS app crash on notifications

Email held for Moderation, but it shouldn't be.
Hi, I have an organization restricted email list; alerts@example.com. The only email it gets is from another user on my account; noreply@example.com. The list has a single member; me (ryan.xxxxxx@example.com). For the last few days, some of the email to the list is held for moderation and some of it isn't. The reason claimed for moderation is: Sender does not belong to your organization. However, the mail is definitely originating from my noreply@example.com user. Any ideas? Ryan

Unfortunately users bav(at)banisaenergy(dot)com and info(at)banisaenergy(dot)com hits their quotas of 5gb and their Incoming and Outgoing was disabled. I have now cleared the accounts dow to less than 1GB However, I am unable to active incoming and outgoing email now. Please help urgently

IMAP not working
I've had problems with my IMAP for months now -- Outlook is going offline intermittently. As of today, only Webmail works and my credentials aren't accepted on IMAP at all. When will you finally solve this IMAP problem that has been plaguing us for a long time now? Please help urgently.
Cannot log into thunderbird
Tried multiple times to log in to thunderbird with my Zoho email address. The password states it is wrong. Imap settings I have tried both imappro.zoho.com and imap.zoho.com with the correct ports listed in the knowledge base articles.

Problem in Send Mail Task
Hello, When we Add Form Data in Send Mail Tast, there is issue in displaying data of lookup fields. they show ID instead of Data. For example, if I include <%=input.product_name%> in Send mail task (Product name Field is Lookup) In Triggered Mail it shows 3222601000000033005 instead of Hydrazin (Product Name). Please help
