Windows 10 Exchange ActiveSync "Your account settings are out of date"
Hi there, I have created a new zoho calendar account using the exchange active sync settings. I believe i have entered all the right details into the fields. After the final screen the account is setup and appears in my list but then when the app attempts to retrieve the calendar appointments i get an error that says "Your Zoho account settings are out of date". And prompts me to enter my username and password. I am certain i have entered the right password. Could i be missing something here?

Hello, We have created a report for Zoho Projects in Zoho Reports to give us results for the users Overdue, Today and upcoming Tasks. We have a total of 5 users. Selecting each user in the User Filter allows us to see the tasks and take a print accordingly for each user.. Since today morning, the user filter shows only 2 users. Also it only shows the Upcoming tasks. We need help. As the system is broken suddenly. Nothing has been changed at our end. We also noticed a Sync failure. (Attaching screenshots
Zoho Recruit API fails when job title is in Japanese
Hello, I'm having a problem to retrieve job descriptions when job title is in Japanese. I've tried both formats (xml and json) and both of them returns NULL or empty values. When trying to retrieve data from a job opening which either is fully English, or title in English and description in Japanese, everything works fine. This bug is breaking the website! I'd be really glad if you could point out some solutions and help me with that. Looking forward to hearing from you soon. Many thanks.

@Support, When trying to use the url described here https://www.zoho.com/creator/help/views/record-summary.html#url to create a link for a record summary PDF it does not work on the eu app. I have tried replacing the ".com" with ".eu" but this does not work. Someone calls in and two employees pick up at the same time. The call registers on both employees' computers, the time clock starts for both. However, only one employee can hear the customer. The employee who cannot hear the customer hangs up / ends the call because it appears that no one is there - when that happens, the call drops for both employees. Customers call is ended as well.

Hi, I am trying to call a function by using the regular "thisapp.namespace.function..." code. This works everywhere except in Custom Schedule deluge scripts. Unable to add domain to account
Evening support! I hope you can help, I am currently unable to setup my account with the domain "thesportsrehabclinic.co.uk" I accidently signed up for an zoho.eu account and cancelled this and removed the domain and then signed up to zoho.com however I can't set up this domain on my new zoho.com account as I think it still may still be attached in the backend over on .eu I have attached a screenshot. When I set up 1&1 CNAME, then I can't add or edit MX change.
I have a site hosted on 1&1 and am trying to set up an account, but when I enter the domain name jurugo.com I am requested to create a subdomain in order to set up a CNAME. Once I verified the the domain I added users, and then came to the part where I have to edit the MX exchange. The only problem is that I can't. I get the following message at step 5. See image below. 1. I made the subdomain as requested. 2. It's hosted on 1&1. 3. I'm stuck HELP!!!!!!

iCal format seems to be wrong for Google Calendar
My iCal feed to google calendar does not work any more. I have attempted to readd zoho public and private feed and both report "We could not parse the calendar at the URL requested.". I then used http://severinghaus.org/projects/icv/ to check your iCal file and it also reported the same problem "Sorry, your calendar could not be parsed." Any ideas?

No longer able to modify Field Deluge Name of a Note
Did anyone else observe that recently changes to notes Field Deluge Name do not work? When you create a Note, it is created with Field Deluge Name of "note".
