Zoho creator deletes code snippets /doesn't save code
Hi, The application is not saving the script I write "Edit -> On Load". I had some code entered in the above mentioned section, when looking at it earlier I noticed that half if the code I had written out is missing. Luckily I had saved it somewhere else, however when I paste the code and tell it to save the script it doesn't save it. It give the notification "saving.." then "saved", but if I switch to another view and back, the code snippet disappears again. This is the second time that this has

ZC Plugin for Word escaped characters
We've noticed that when importing Zoho information into Word using the ZC Plugin for Word, special characters in text fields are rendered using slash-escaped characters. Sometimes this causes information to go missing entirely. Would it be possible to modify the plugin so that it is able to take the text field content from ZC and convert it into a Word-compatible format so that it appears in the same manner as it does in Zoho?
Tickets submitted via email are not being received
Hi, We are currently trialling Zoho Desk. I have gone into Setup > Channels > Email and have setup a support email address (eg: XXXXX@username.zohodesk.com). Email Fetching is switched to On. We are currently testing and have sent a number of emails to the email address above but, nothing is appearing in Zoho Desk. Unsure what to do?
Missing Messages
I am finding that 90% of my email messages are missing. This includes sent messages, filed messages, read and flagged messages in my in box, etc.. I have attempted to see if they somehow became archived but they have not. These messages were not deleted either.

How do I set the proper notifications in the android app on my HTC? I get a notification on my phone every time I delete a mail on my desktop. Any change of folder causes a notification on my phone.
Losing emails when converting Leads

Site Missing after subdomain creation
I created 2 sub domains gurukul.shrinidhi-enterprises.in and mediclain.shrinidhi-enterprises.in to my paid domain shrinidhi-enterprises.in. a) I am able tp publish gurukul. but mediclaim even after a day still asking for domain creation while publishing. b) I have a site in the same name as shrinidhi-enterprises.in. Earlier I was able to accessit as www.shrinidhi-enterprises.in. But after sub domain creation, SITE NOT FOUND message is coming. Screen shots attached. Please help. VENKATESAN N
DKIM Immediate Action
I have followed the steps to configure DKIM, the 3rd party test showed it was verified. I still have an Immediate Action Required on my email control panel that says DKIM is not configured. Trouble Connecting Outbound Website Email to SMTP
Zoho Support, I’m having all kinds of trouble trying to setup smtp email via my website. I’ve tried several different plugins, all give me an authentication error - as you can see from the log below. I’ve ensured that email routing is set to ‘remote mail exchanger’ in cPanel. I’ve verified I’m using the correct MX records, that my domain is verified and that I’m using the correct credentials. I’ve also tried SSL vs. TLS, both give me the same response. I’ve also checked with my host and the ports

Search function broken again
I reported my search function not working in email a couple. of days ago. It miraculously started working perfectly again. Today it has now failed and I am back to scrolling through thousands of emails to find what the search function says is not there. I know for sure when I receive emails from my colleagues every day, and from other stakeholders, that emails are there yet the search continues to find zero results. Infuriating. Please can you fix this?

Troubles with configurating Mails after domain verification and MX records configuration
Hi, I have tried to contact by phone several times this morning with no answer. This morning we had verified our domain and configured the MX records correctly. The problem began when configurating the old mail accounts we were no able to asign a domain based mail account as the defaut accont of the users (instead the @zoho.com mails) Please we need somebody to contact us very badly. Please the attachment. I am hoping someone can help. Something has gone wrong with my zoho docs folder on my win 10 laptop. I am happy to delete the local copy and sync from scratch but I am worried about the line the dialog box "Creating a new Zoho folder will remove the existing contents from your zoho account". Spar mail - exchange connection
For my mail client on my IOS devices I use Spark mail. It's a superb mail client for all my mails except for zoho. When I'd like to connect him via exchange connector I've got an Error; Your email server is running an outdated version of Exchange that is not compatible with Spark. Please contact your network administrator to upgrade. Do you have some solution in the future for that error? Thanks

User Detail > Mail Account Problem
I used to have many accounts and I've just decided to pay. So, I deleted my old account + the domain "bk-property.com" on that it, then put "bk-property.com" on this account "apichris@apichrischotichoey.com" But I'm having a problem that I can't access to the page "Mail Account" in subset of "User Detail". It said "Operation not permitted" in red box. As I can see, Zoho system migrated my old account settings and block my access to change "bk-property.com" settings. Please unblock it, Thanks, Chris
