Hello, I need to create hierarchical segments of my Leads as following: Region/Job level/domain of interest/Industry. The segmentation capacity of a mailing list is limited to one level based on a maximum of two filtering criteria. How can I do to reach my objective? We have 10 people in our office. We all share our Zoho calendars with each other. This causes a default behavior which is very undesirable. When we enter an event on our shared calendar or on a Group calendar, we will see the event listed on the day of the event on our calendar, as expected... Rounding Time Entries - Like in Zoho Books
H there, I looked though Zoho Desk but could not find an option to round time entries similar how you can in Zoho Books timesheets (Found in Settings > Preferences > Projects). If this isn't a feature I'd propose it become one so MSPs and freelancers who bill their time in 10 or 15 minute intervals can do so without having to manually round and enter the time entries. I do see that I can add a task directly from the "Messages" view. However, I do received emails from a contact, lead, or vendor that may be important to associate to another record.
