A large majority of this usage is due to a user using BCC to enter emails that have attachments. I would prefer to keep the email histories, but could do without the attachments to free up space. In a second step, these products are "bought" by internal employees to manufacture end products. We thus need to switch the products from Inventory to specific exepense accounts.
