Zoho sites page not loading / blank

Mail Merge not working with phone numbers
I'm using zoho CRM doing a mail merge with multiple phone numbers. This is all based out of the 'Contacts' page. When I merge the phone number that is for the client (the one built in to the 'Contacts' page) it merges correctly for format '(123) 456-7899'.
Collapsing Chapters by Default
