I'm not sure why you wouldn't have these integrations in Zoho Forms. You have them on Zoho Survey, but not Forms.

Incoming Mail Not Displayed In Inbox
I recently created my account with a custom domain (moving from G Suite), and am able to send and receive email at my address. However, for some reason my incoming email is not put into my Inbox; the only way I can see my email is in the All Mail view.
