Hello, I just imported all my data into the CRM. I have over 5000 records in company and I am going through them one by one to merge duplicates. I used "Deduplicate" under company tools and it did not do much at all. There should be a better search engine to deduplicate data in the CRM system. We are looking at moving from sugar to Zoho, previously sugar was exported to MYOB via an application. Is there such a program available for Zoho? We would prefer to invoice out of Zoho and then have them exported to myob. Receiving error:null messages after integrating Zoho Books
Hi We've purchased Zoho books and have integrated it with Zoho CRM. We are currently syncing: Contacts (both ways) Products Transaction Modules (Estimates and Invoices) Since doing this we are now getting the attached error message come up in our CRM when we try and edit any of the fields on an existing Contact. If I select the Edit button at the top right of the Contact screen I am able to make changes but if I just want to to edit a particular field the error message appears when I click Save.

I attempted to report the session as abuse, but I was unable to proceed because the form would not accept my phone number. When I clicked "submit," the web page said "Enter valid phone number".
